[Treatment of pedophilia, bipolar mood disorder, and mental retardation; a case report]

Among legally identified cases of paraphilias, pedophilia is most common. Psychiatric disorders frequently coexist with pedophilia. Unfortunately, pedophilia is extremely difficult to treat.
