ABSTRACT

Supramaximal sprint interval training is an efficient means of improving physical fitness within a short period of time. However the effects of this type of training which cause hormonal and physiological adaptations to increase enhanced aerobic and anaerobic performances, are not well known. Thus, the purpose of the present study was to examine the effects of four weeks of Supramaximal sprint interval training on some hormonal and physiological variables. Fifteen trained wrestlers were randomly assigned into two groups, the experimental [EXP=8] and controls [CON=7] groups. Before and after training, subjects performed [a] a graded exercise test; and [b] four consecutive Wingate tests with 4-min recovery intervals between each. Resting blood samples were collected before and after training. Both groups followed the same wrestling training program for 4 weeks; additionally, the EXP group performed a running-based anaerobic sprint test [RAST] as a Supramaximal sprint interval training protocol for 4 weeks, two sessions per week. The EXP group showed improvements in V02max [+5.4%], Peak power output [34.9%] and Mean Power Output [29.3%] after the training [P<0.05], along with significant increases in total testosterone, total testosterone/cortisol ratio [TCR] and free testosterone/cortisol [FTCR] ratio in the EXP group, but there were no significant differences between groups. Cortisol was tended to decrease in both groups [P>0.05], but none of the variables were changed in the CON group after the training. The current findings suggest that the Supramaximal sprint interval training program with short recovery can increase both aerobic and anaerobic performances. The changes observed in FTCR and TCR suggest exercise training-induced anabolic adaptations

ABSTRACT

The main mission of management is accessing more efficient which be taken into care by managers for managing and new engineering. Today human efficient is the most common of managers' concerned. Many factors are effective in promoting human efficient that cannot be identifying all of them. So we have to give an advantage model. Using factor analysis is one of the efficient models. To determine the components of effective manpower productivity, using factor analysis. This Descriptive, analytic and cross -sectional study was performed in two stages: August, September and October 2009 The owners of qualitative step were 45 experts and factor analysis step were 321 faculty members, educational expert and human resources expert who affiliated to Guilan University of Medical Sciences. Data was collected by made questionnaire and Library Studies and Help study. the validity of its content were done as Expert panel and their credit structure using exploratory factor analysis [main component analysis] and confirmatory factor analysis [maximum likelihood], using alpha internal parallelism of Coranbach. The first section of questionnaire contains 8 individual characteristics and demographic questions and the second part includes 42 questions about the variables affecting the productivity of human resources based on 5-degree Likert Scale. For adequacy of sample size Mayraklyn scale and for suitable data, Bartlett test was used respectively. The exploratory analysis identified 5 main components according the importance degree included of: 1. Organizational culture, with 18 variables and variance 26.29% 2. Environmental condition with 7 variables and variance 12.96% 3. Motivation factors with 10 variables and variance 12.84% 4. Empowerment with 4 variables and variance 7.47% 5. Leadership style with 3 variables and variance 5.05%. The organizational culture, environmental conditions, Motivational factors, empowerment and leadership style, are effective factors or increasing manpower productivity. There was a significant relationship between organizational culture and man power productivity which is the most important factors

ABSTRACT

A large number of instruments and techniques have been introduced for preparation of canals, specially in curved canals. It's claimed that FlexoFile Golden Mediums can provide more proper canal preparations. This study aimed to evaluate the efficiency of FlexoFile Golden Mediums in decreasing apical transportation during preparation of simulated curved blocks. In this experimental study, fifty simulated resin blocks with 40°Curvature were divided in two groups. 25 canals were prepared using K-FlexoFiles and the others were prepared using K-FlexoFiles and FlexoFile Golden Mediums. Anticurvature Passive Stepback technique with pull and push motion were applied for both of the groups. The amount of resin removal from inner and outer walls of the canals was measured by using superimposed computerized pre and postoperative photographs. Results were evaluated by Mann - Whitney statistical analysis. The amount of resin removal from the inner and outer walls of the canals were assessed milimetric in 11 mm length from the apex. In the three areas of 7, 8 and 9 mm from apex, the amount of resin removal from the outer wall in the experimental group was more than the control group [P<0.05]. There was no significant difference in the other areas both in inner and outer walls between two groups. FlexoFile Golden Mediums in spite of using more instruments, had less apical transportation, and are recommended for preparation of curved canals
