Núcleo de Apoio à Saúde da Família e a transformação do acolhimento na atenção básica / Family Health Support Center and the transformation of reception in primary care

RESUMO Buscou-se conhecer a compreensão dos profissionais de um Núcleo de Apoio à Saúde da Família sobre o suporte oferecido na transformação do acolhimento em Unidades de Saúde da Família na cidade do Jaboatão dos Guararapes (PE), utilizando-se a metodologia do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo. Os sujeitos consideram o suporte técnico-pedagógico importante, com resultados positivos para as equipes apoiadas, para a população e para o próprio grupo. Há dificuldades para a realização desse apoio; e, como superação, citam o diálogo, partilha do conhecimento e problematização. É necessário repensar o acolhimento na atenção básica, podendo utilizar, para isso, o suporte desses Núcleos.

ABSTRACT It was sought to perceive the understanding of the professionals of a Family Health Support Unit about the support offered in the transformation of reception in Family Health Units in the city of Jaboatão dos Guararapes (PE), using the methodology of Discourse of the Collective Subject. The subjects consider the technical-pedagogical support important, with positive results for the supported teams, for the population and for the group itself. There are difficulties for the actualization of this support and, as an overcoming, they mention the dialogue, sharing of knowledge and problematization. It is necessary to rethink reception in the primary care, maybe using, for that, the support of these Centers.

Tracoma: atenção prestada pelos profissionais da estratégia saúde da família em uma área endêmica / Trachoma: care by professionals in family health strategies within an endemic area

O objetivo deste estudo foi desvelar a percepção dos profissionais da Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) do município de Paranatama, Pernambuco, acerca do tracoma, relacionando-a com a atenção à saúde prestada para o controle desta patologia. Estudo descritivo exploratório de abordagem qualitativa e caráter fenomenológico, utilizando-se o método de análise de conteúdo de Bardin, na modalidade temática. Foram entrevistados nove profissionais do município. Os resultados deste estudo são referentes às categorias emergentes das análises, (des)conhecimento dos profissionais da ESF sobre o tracoma e fragilidade no repasse de informações pela gestão municipal, evidenciando a escassez de conhecimento sobre a doença e a fragilidade da comunicação referente à situação de saúde relacionada ao tracoma no município pesquisado, fatores estes que acabam por limitar a abordagem desta patologia pelas equipes de saúde.

The perception of professionals of Family Health Strategy (FHS) on trachoma in Paranatama PE Brazil. Trachoma is related to health care for the control of the pathology. The descriptive, exploratory, qualitative and phenomenological study employs Bardin´s content analysis, theme mode. Nine health professionals of the municipality were interviewed and results refer to the emergent categories of the analyses. Lack of knowledge by FHS professionals on trachoma and scanty information forwarded by municipality authorities on the subject show lack of information on the disease and weak communication on trachoma situation in the municipality. The above factor limits an approach to the pathology by health teams.
