ABSTRACT

Se presenta el caso de un paciente de 28 años de edad, operado en el Hospital Provincial Clinicoquirúrgico Docente ®Celia Sánchez Manduley¼ de Manzanillo, por presentar un cuadro peritoneal, en el que se constató una peritonitis fibrinopurulenta difusa, ocasionada por un divertículo de Meckel perforado por un cuerpo extraño. El tratamiento consistió en la resección intestinal y anastomosis terminoterminal. La evolución posoperatoria fue satisfactoria(AU)


A 28-year-old patient, who was operated on at Celia Sánchez Manduley Provincial Clinical and Surgical Hospital for presenting a peritoneal picture, in which diffuse fibrinopurulent peritonitis was confirmed, caused by a Meckels diverticulum perforated by a foreign body, is presented. The treatment consisted in intestinal resection and terminoterminal anastomosis. The postoperative evolution was satisfactory(AU)
