ABSTRACT
Se presenta un paciente de 20 años de edad que después de haber tenido contacto sexual hacía 3 días, manifiesta dolor peneano y escurrimiento maloliente. Se comprobó gangrena del prepucio, por lo que fue necesario su ingreso para tratamiento medicoquirúrgico que incluyó plastia penoescrotal(AU)
A 20-year-old patient that had had sexual relations 3 days before and now complain of penile pain and a fetid discharge is presented. Foreskin gangrene was diagnosed and it was necessary to hospitalize the patient for medicosurgical treatment that included penoscrotal plasty(AU)
