ABSTRACT

Se presenta el diagnóstico y la evolución de una gestante con 36 semanas de embarazo y rabdomiosarcoma de la vulva, que ingresó en el Hospital Central de Maputo, y a quien se le realizó una cesárea a las 38 semanas. Fallece un mes después debido a metástasis pulmonar y cerebral. Se indica lo poco frecuente de esta asociación, ya que este tumor no es habitual en edades reproductivas.


The diagnosis and evolution of a pregnant woman with 36 weeks and rhabdomyosarcoma of the vulve that was admitted at the Central Hospital of Maputo and underwent a cesarean section on the 38th week, was presented.She died a month later due to lung and brain metastasis. It was stressed that this association is not usual, since this tumor is not common at reproductive ages.
