ABSTRACT
A Violência Obstétrica é estabelecida como o agrupamento de violações físicas, morais, psicológicas e matrimoniais contra a parturiente antes, durante e no pós-parto. Podendo ser praticada por qualquer profissional da saúde presente neste cenário identificadas nas unidades de saúde pública e privada. Portanto, é indispensável a presença de uma equipe multidisciplinar desde o princípio da gestação até o nascimento com profissionais capacitados e comprometidos tornando o momento do parto mais humanizado, contribuindo com a diminuição dos índices de morbidade e mortalidade mãe-bebê. Este trabalho propôs-se a realizar um alerta e um levantamento sobre as agressões vividas pelas parturientes nas unidades de saúde, e o valor que tem uma equipe multidisciplinar muito bem preparada para auxiliar essas pacientes. Com este propósito, foram identificados 1963 estudos nas seguintes bases de dados LILACS, MEDLINE/PubMed, Scielo, PEDr, após a aplicação dos critérios de elegibilidade, 6 artigos foram selecionados para a revisão. O conhecimento sobre a violência obstétrica pela equipe multidisciplinar na hora do parto é fundamental para minimizar as ocorrências afim de melhorar o bem estar da mãe e bebê, evitando acontecimentos traumaticos e diminuindo taxas de morbi-mortalidade
Obstetric Violence is established as the grouping of physical, moral, psychological and matrimonial violations against the parturient before, during and after childbirth. It can be practiced by any health professional to present this scenario identified in public and private health units. Therefore, the presence of a multidisciplinary team is essential from the beginning of pregnancy to birth, with trained and committed professionals, making the moment of delivery more humanized, guaranteed with the reduction of mother-baby morbidity and mortality rates. This work aimed to carry out an alert and a survey on the aggressions experienced by pregnant women in health units, and the value of a multidisciplinary team that is very well prepared for these patients. With this purpose, 1963 studies were identified in the following databases LILACS, MEDLINE/PubMed, Scielo, PEDr, after applying the eligibility criteria, 6 articles were selected for a review. Knowledge about obstetric violence by the multidisciplinary team at the time of delivery is essential to minimize occurrences in order to improve the well-being of the mother and baby, avoiding traumatic events and morbidity and mortality rates.
