[Epidermoid cyst of the spleen: case report]

Splenic cysts, very rare pathologies, are classified into parasitic and the highly uncommon, non parasitic cysts. Based on the presence or absence of an epithelial lining wall, the latters are classified into true cysts and false cysts.
