ABSTRACT
O presente texto pretende pensar as migrações Sul-Sul e seus possíveis impactos e desafios na atenção à saúde, sobretudo à saúde mental. Retoma historicamente os processos migratórios brasileiros, assim como as últimas ondas migratórias de haitianos e venezuelanos que ganham destaque nas mídias por suas peculiaridades migratórias. Coloca as esferas governamentais como responsáveis nas práticas de cuidado deste cenário migratório, e ainda tenciona ser esta atenção uma operação descolonial entre os sujeitos envolvidos. Propõe a reflexão dos impactos das políticas de migração e convida a pensar que um conhecimento mais amplo acerca dos sujeitos que migram ao Brasil pode auxiliar a melhor preparar as equipes do SUS a fim de qualificar seu trabalho. Enfim, trata-se de uma análise de dados sobre refúgio no Brasil a partir de uma revisão bibliográfica da literatura, onde são apresentadas características dos sujeitos e migrações, assim como fatores que contribuem para a crescente migração ao país. O artigo ainda apresenta como as equipes de saúde nos territórios de refúgio tem como utilizar seu conhecimento sobre os sujeitos para inventar possibilidades aos muitos desafios que estão colocados aos imigrantes.
The current article proposes to gather the South- South migrations and their possible impacts and challenges on healthcare attention, mainly on mental health. Recapitulates the history of immigration processes to Brazil, as well as the late Haitians and Venezuelans immigrants who have achieved recognition on TV and digital media considering their migration peculiarities. Places the governmental spheres as responsible on practices of care in the migrant scenario, just as proposes this attention as a decolonial operation among involved subjects. Proposes a reflection concerning the impact of migration policies, also inviting to reflect about a acutely knowledge on Brazil's migratory subjects can benefit to better prepare SUS work teams in order to qualify their practice. Presents a data analysis about refuge in Brazil since a bibliographic review, being displayed some migration and subjects characteristics, as well as contributing factors due rising migration into the country. The article also presents how SUS work teams that are placed on the refugees territories can use the knowledge about these subjects to create possibilities in front of the many challenges that are stood to the recent immigrants.
