ABSTRACT

【Objective】 To explore the relationship between the storage time of leukodepleted red blood cells and transfusion adverse reactions by analyzing the occurrence of transfusion adverse reactions of patients after leukodepleted red blood cells transfusion from four hospitals. 【Methods】 By using the electronic medical record management system, the collection and transfusion dates of leukodepleted red blood cells from four hospitals in Enshi Prefecture from 2018 to 2022, as well as the information on transfusion adverse reactions, were retrieved. 【Results】 From 2018 to 2022, a total of 697 61 bags of leukodepleted red blood cells were transfused in four hospitals, resulting in 166 cases of transfusion adverse reactions, among which 93 were allergic reactions, 63 were non hemolytic febrile reactions, and 10 were others, with a total incidence rate of transfusion adverse reactions at 0.24%. The average storage time of leukodepleted red blood cells with and without transfusion adverse reactions was (20.25±6.31) and (19.88±5.50) days, respectively. With a storage time of 7 days as the threshold, the incidence of transfusion adverse reactions was the lowest for a storage time of 15~21 days. The incidence of transfusion adverse reactions of leukodepleted red blood cells in two groups (with storage days ≤21 days and >21 days) was not statistically significant(P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 Allergic reactions were the main type of transfusion adverse reaction caused by leukodepleted red blood cells, and the incidence of transfusion adverse reactions decreased and then increased with the prolongation of the storage time of leukodepleted red blood cells. There was no significant difference in the incidence of transfusion adverse reactions with leukodepleted red blood cells stored for ≤ 21 days and >21 days.

ABSTRACT

Objective Application of PDCA method to improve the coincidence rate of emergency inspection report time. Methods 472 cases of emergency inspection report returns the fraction defective of the time from September to December 2014 (blood routine, blood biochemistry, blood coagulation, cerebrospinal fluid, urine analysis).Analyzing the reason and take measures to improve the emergency inspection report time coincidence rate.At the same time, counted 654 cases of emergency inspection report returns the fraction defective of the time after the improvement from July to November 2015,and compared and analyzed the coincidence rate before and after the improvement measures. Results Emergency inspection report of the total fraction defective return time decreased from 13.9 % to 4.9 % by taking measures.Blood coagulation, blood biochemistry, urine analysis, routine blood, cerebrospinal fluid and urine analysis of emergency return time unqualified rate decreased from 18.2 %,16.2 %,10.3 %,6.75 % and 9.1% to 5.2 %,5.0 %,6.4%,5.0 % and 3.9 % respectively. Conclusion The application of PDCA could improve the time coincidence rate of emergency department, and to finish the emergency detection and report detection results in the shortest possible time.

ABSTRACT

After the HRP solution was injected into gastric wall of the Beijing Duck, the afferent neurons of the stomach were retrogradely traced. The results arc as follows: 1.The afferent sympathetic neurons from the proventriculus distribute in T_1-L_1 spinal ganglia, concentrically in T_(1-6), the peak number is in T_3. 2.The afferent neurons of the vagus from the proventriculus arc present in the nodosal and jugular ganglia. After HRP was injected into the ventral muscle of the proventriculus, most of the labelled neurons were found in the jugular ganglia. 3.From the gizzard, the afferent sympathetic neurons localize in T_1-L_1 spinal ganglia. The muscle tenium craniodorsalis is concentrated in T,_6, the peak number in T_3. The remained parts of the gizzard are concentrated in T_(2-6), the peak number in T_4. 4.The afferent neurons were retrogradely traced in the nodosal ganglia after HRP was injected into each part of the ventricul. But in the jugular ganglia labelled cells were found only in the region of the muscle tenuim craniodorsalis of the gizzard.
