ABSTRACT
Objective@#To exploring the relationship between college students’ mobile phone addiction, social support and depression.@*Methods@#During May 2019, 1 703 students from five universities in Shandong Province were selected to complete a questionnaire composed of Mobile Phone Addiction Tendency Scale(MPATS), Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS) and Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale(CES-D).@*Results@#The scores of mobile phone addiction, social support and depression among college students were(32.84±9.30)(67.20±11.09)(11.61±8.65). The mobile phone addiction and depression score of the low social support group were significantly higher than those of the high social support group( t =10.01, 15.89, P <0.01). Regression analysis showed that mobile phone addiction in the high social support group explained the depression variation to lower than the low social support group( R 2=0.16, 0.19, P <0.01). Social support had a partial mediating effect on mobile phone addiction and depression. The median effect value was -0.10, accounting for 21.0% of the total effect.@*Conclusion@#College students’ social support has partial mediating effects on the influence of mobile phone addiction on their depression. Improving the social support level of college students is advantageous to reduce the negative impact of mobile phone addiction on their depressive symptoms.
ABSTRACT
In this study,a series of new sildenafil analogues 11-27 possessing a guanidine group were synthesized to investigate their PDE5 inhibitory activity and selectivity using[~3H]cGMP SPA kit in vitro and efficacy in the rat model of erection.Most of the compounds showed potent activity against PDE5,and more importantly,several compounds exhibited higher PDE5 selectivity over PDE6 than that of sildenafil.Structure-activity relationship of these sildenafil analogues was also discussed.Within this series of compounds,compound 15(IC_(50) =1.7 nmol/L)not only exhibited more potent PDE5 inhibitory activity than that of sildenafil (IC_(50) = 6.5 nmol/L),but also showed functional efficacy in the rat model of erection.
ABSTRACT
<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To study the pattern extrahepatic arteriy supply to hepatocellular carcinoma and catheterization technique for interventional therapy.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Routine celiac and superior mesenteric artery angiography was done before transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) for 78 collateral arterial pathways of 62 hepatocellular carcinoma patients. Super selective catheterization and transcatheter dual arterial chemoembolization (TDACE) to extrahepatic arterial and hepatic arteries were performed.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>Extrahepatic blood supply was found in 43.1% of hepatocellular carcinoma patients. There was close correlation between extrahepatic arterial blood supply and location of tumor. Success rate of super selective extrahepatic artery catheterization was 71.8% by the combined use of RH, Cobra and SP catheters. Follow-up studies revealed reduction of tumor and complete dense deposition of lipiodol.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>Ample extrahepatic arterial blood supply is found in hepatocellular carcinoma. Transcatherdual arterial chemoembolization is effective, necessary and feasible for hepatocellular carcinoma with extrahepatic arterial blood supply.</p>
