ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE:To establish the content determination method of Icariin in Fucongxiang liquid by HPLC.METHODS:HPLC was performed to determine Icariin on VP-ODS column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile:water(30∶70).Detecting wavelength was270nm.RESULTS:The detected concentration of Icariin was in the good linear range of2.8～28.0?g/ml(r=1.0000),and the average recovery was100.03%(RSD=0.54%,n=5).CONCLUSIONS:The estab-lished method is simple,sensitive,accurate and available for the quality control of Fucongxiang liquid.
ABSTRACT
Objective To establish a method for the determination of indigo content in Qingxin Sushitie by HPLC. Methods At 30℃, HPLC was performed to determine indigo on ODS column(4.6?250 mm), the mobile phase was composed of methanol-acetonitrile-0.1mol/L ammonium acetate(60: 4: 36), flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; injection volume was 20 ?L and detection wavelength at 280 nm. Results The linearity of indigo was good within 0.44～6.60 ?g/mL (r=0.9991), the average recovery was 103.6% and RSD=1.11%. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and can be used for quality control of Qingxin Sushitie.

Object To select the optimum proportion of matrix f or the preparation process of Qingxin Sushi Tie (QST) by gelatia, gum tragacanth , glycerol, sodium acylate and Qingdai. Methods The process was studied by orthogonal test with visco sity, soft and hard measurement algefacient sentation, twinge sentation as detec tive marker. The quality of QST was comprehensively compared by the different pr oportion of matrix. Results The optimum proportion of matrix in QST was gelatia-gum tyagacanth-glycerol-sodium acylate-Qindai (8 0∶3 5∶ 20∶1 3∶3 0). Conclusion According to the optimum proportio n of matrix in QST, the QST with better quality can be prepared.
ABSTRACT
Objective: To study therapeutic effect and mechanisms of inhalation of drug-oxygen Fuchong Xiangye for treatment of vascular dementia. Methods: 123 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by single-blind. Thertapeutic effects, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in red cells, plasma lipid peroxide, triglyceride, serum cholesterol and high density lipid protein (HDL) levels, and electroencephalogram were investigated before and after treatment. Results: The improvement of symptom scores and the above indexes after treatment in the treatment group were more obvious than those in the control group, with no reserve reaction in both groups. Conclusion: Inhalation of drug-oxygen Fuchong Xiangye has a better therapeutic effect on vascular dementia, and the mechanism is related with decrease of blood lipid, and increase of HDL and SOD.
