ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the main factors for ADR that is induced by Chinese medicine injection to promote clinical use of drug.METHODS: Literatures about ADR which was induced by Chinese medicine injection for cardiovascular disease were retrieved from CHKD from Jan.1998 to Jun.2009 and analyzed statistically with ADR as .RESULTS: 10 kinds of ADR which were caused by cardiovascular injection were listed.CONCLUSION: Medical personnel and patients should pay attention to numerous kind of ADR resulted from Chinese medicine injection and clinical manifestation.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for high blood pressure of different formulas used.METHODS:The similar conventional prescriptions for high blood pressure were compared in respects of constitute of prescription,the machine of disease,main function of prescription,clinical application,etc.RESULTS:The similarity and difference of those prescriptions and the key points of clinical application were found out by analyzing the main function,constitute of prescription and mechanism of disease,etc.CONCLUSION:In the field of modern Chinese medicine,new treatment methods are put forward to some types of high blood pressure disease.It is must careful to indentify type of disease.Sound efficacy can be achieved when suitable prescription is applied according to the similarity and difference of prescriptions.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the influence factors of plasma concentration of digoxin(SDC)and application of it in our hospital in order to promote rational use of digoxin. METHODS:445 cases treated with digoxin were collected from our hospital and plasma concentration of digoxin was detected. Multiple stepwise regressions were used to analyze current application of digoxin,relationship between SDC and factors including age,gender(Gen),departments(Dept),drug combination(Drug),serum creatinine concentration(SCR),dose. RESULTS:SDC was relation with age,gender(Gen),departments(Dept),drug combination(Drug),serum creatinine concentration(SCR),dose. CONCLUSION:There are many influence factors of SDC which are different among individual patients. In our survey,16.2% patients taking digoxin occurs adverse reactions. The most common adverse reaction is nausea and poor appetite. We should pay attention to arrhythmia caused by digoxin. The SDC of surgical inpatients were higher than that of medical inpatients(P

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: To attempt to apply the research method of evidence-based medicine for the scientific administration of pharmacy. METHODS: The meta-analysis method in evidence based medicine was applied,the pharmacy work basal protocols original sources were established as primary source or data for aggregate analysis. RESULTS: 15 basal protocols and 25 standard operating manual and the associated supervising system had been established. The key problems were discovered through the data analysis and which were solved accordingly. CONCLUSIONS: Applying the research method in evidence based medicine can facilitate digitalization, routinization, and institutionalization in the administration of pharmacy and greatly enhance the efficiency of administration.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the situation of antibiotics used in Beijing Children’s Hospital in the years1996~2001.METHODS:All data related to use of antibiotics was collected from Financial Office and Pharmaceutic Section in our hospital.RESULTS:With the increase of GDP,expenses for antibiotics of our hospital,in the period1996~2001,maintained a high level and ranked the first place continuously.CONCLUSION:The situation of abuse of antibiotics in our hospital is still awful.
