ABSTRACT

The real physical image of the affected limb, which is difficult to move in the traditional mirror training, can be realized easily by the rehabilitation robots. During this training, the affected limb is often in a passive state. However, with the gradual recovery of the movement ability, active mirror training becomes a better choice. Consequently, this paper took the self-developed shoulder joint rehabilitation robot with an adjustable structure as an experimental platform, and proposed a mirror training system completed by next four parts. First, the motion trajectory of the healthy limb was obtained by the Inertial Measurement Units (IMU). Then the variable universe fuzzy adaptive proportion differentiation (PD) control was adopted for inner loop, meanwhile, the muscle strength of the affected limb was estimated by the surface electromyography (sEMG). The compensation force for an assisted limb of outer loop was calculated. According to the experimental results, the control system can provide real-time assistance compensation according to the recovery of the affected limb, fully exert the training initiative of the affected limb, and make the affected limb achieve better rehabilitation training effect.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE@#To discuss the endovascular interventional treatment of pseudoaneurysm of extracranial segment of internal carotid artery.@*METHOD@#The clinical data of 5 cases with traumatic pseudoaneurysm of extracranial segment of internal carotid artery were retrospectively studied.@*RESULT@#All the patients were cured via endovascular interventional treatment, and performed with implanting covered stent into the parent artery. The patients recovered well with patency of the parent artery.@*CONCLUSION@#Endovascular interventional treatment with covered stent implantation was safe and effective in treatment of pseudoaneurysm of extracranial segment of internal carotid artery.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for revising Drug Administration Law.METHODS:By reviewing the pertinent literature, the defects of the Drug Administration Law and the suggestions on its improvement were analyzed comprehensively.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The Drug Administration Law was imperfect in that the concept of"drug"was not scientific, the division for counterfeit and substandard drugs was not reasonable, graded penalty based on the factors such as the primary-secondary responsibility, subjective factor, the severity of consequence etc was not imposed, and the legislation for some of the links was absent etc.It can take the Food,Drug and Cosmetics Law in US as reference to revise the Drug Administration Law by revising the concept of"drug",classifying the unqualified drugs, rectifying the legislative absence of the original links, making a balance between legal liability and the legal obligation so as to achieve gradual perfection.
