ABSTRACT
The syndromic concept of acute delusional psychosis remain alive inspite of the diversity of acute pasychosis reported in now classifications. Happening conditions, psychological profile, symptoms and evolution are the studied factors. Starting from two cases of acute psychotic access. About one adolescent and one young adult, we have think about diagnosis and forecast criteria of DSM-III,ICD-10 and French classification. Can we speak about delusional acute psychosis group by the side of chronic delusions, manic and depressive psychosis group = Or are they different forms of a unique psychotic disease
