The authors present 9 cases of venereal perihepatitis of FILZ HUGH CURTIS syndrome, gathered in 1989, in the hpspital of Tunis. The major clinical symptom was spontaneous pain in the right hypo chondriasis with symptomatoloty of infections. The diagnosis was confirmed in 8 cases by coelioscopy, and with laparotomy in the other case. The direct research of chlamydia trachomatis, in vaginal cervical, and peritoneal secretions was negative. But the serology is positive in all cases. The evolution had been favorable with cyclines

We present a case of service hirsutism associated with a pregnancy, which appeared 12 years after a secondary involuntary infertility. The sex is male with a weight of 2520 g the apger score is 9 in the first minute the per operatory exploration of the ovaries showed their growth. The histological study confirmes the existence of the bilateral ovary dystrophine. We notice in the evolution a spontaneous diminution of the severity of hirsutism in post partum
