ABSTRACT
Evaluar el capital intelectual en la Vicedirección General de Investigaciones del Centro de Neurociencias de Cuba. Métodos: para la medición se aplicó una metodología de investigación mixta y como técnicas cuestionarios, entrevistas y el análisis documental. Resultados: se identificó el comportamiento de los elementos evaluados en la herramienta y se ofreció el estimado final del capital intelectual en la Vicedirección. Conclusiones: el capital intelectual en la Vicedirección General de Investigaciones del Centro de Neurociencias de Cuba presenta en general un comportamiento favorable. Evaluate the intellectual capital at the Vicegeneral Direction of Research of the Cuban Neuroscience Center.Methods: measurement was based on a mixed research methodology. The techniques used were questionnaires, interviews and document analysis. Results: a description was made of the elements evaluated with the tool and their behavior. A final estimate was provided of the intellectual capital at the Division.
