Visão de jovens pais e mães sobre medidas de acolhimento institucional de seus filhos / Vision of young fathers and mothers on measures of institutional sheltering of their children

Reflete-se aqui sobre condições de vida e de consciência de jovens com filhos em acolhimento institucional, cujas medidas judiciais visaram preservar direitos ameaçados ou violados destas crianças. A pesquisa procurou identificar os elementos fundamentais que interferiram na reprodução social da família e que comprometeram a proteção e os cuidados para com os filhos destes jovens. Verificou-se que estas situações denunciam uma expressiva falta de condições de vida para si e para seus filhos.

It reflects here on living conditions and awareness of young people with children in institutional sheltering, whose judicial measures aimed at preserving the threatened or violated rights of these children. The research sought to identify the fundamental elements that interfered in the social reproduction of the family and which compromised the protection and care for the children of these young people. It was found that these situations denounce a total lack of living conditions for themselves and their children.

Este trabalho de natureza teórica tem objetivo de discutir como a violência aprofunda desigualdades sociais e esgarça a sociabilidade cotidiana, tendo como objeto de estudo a violência contra jovens. Foi concretizado a partir da perspectiva metodológica que compreende as formas de vida e de trabalho como uma totalidade contraditória e dialética. Realizou-se uma pesquisa em artigos de revistas indexadas no Serviço Social, em livros sobre a temática e em documentos referentes a estudos empíricos sobre violência, realizados em Vitória. Identificou-se que, apesar de conviverem em relações de uma sociabilidade deteriorada, os jovens falam de suas expectativas para o futuro e, apesar da vida precária que levam, ainda lhes é possível alimentar expectativas de se tornarem partícipes de uma vida social mais plena e comum a outros segmentos sociais.

This theoretical work has the objective to discuss how violence deepens social inequalities and weakens everyday sociability, having as an object of study the violence against young people. It was studied from the methodological perspective that includes the forms of life and work as a contradictory and dialectical totality. A survey was carried out on journal articles indexed in Social Service, books and documents related to empirical studies on violence, held in Vitória. It was identified that, despite living in relationships of a deteriorated sociability, young people talk about their expectations for the future and, despite their precarious life, they can still hope to become participants in a fuller social life and common to other social segments.
