ABSTRACT
Se realizó un estudio descriptivo retrospectivo de los procesos formativos de la Enfermería en el municipio de Sagua la Grande con la aplicación del método histórico lógico. Se realiza una breve síntesis del surgimiento de la enfermería y los hechos asociados a los procesos formativos del Técnico Medio, la Licenciatura en Enfermería y la preparación de Técnicos de Enfermería de otras nacionalidades. Se efectuó análisis documental de los libros de matrícula, informes del proceso docente educativo, ponencia sobre la historia del centro y se realizaron entrevistas a profesores fundadores. Hoy la Escuela de Enfermería "Lidia Doce Sánchez" se ha convertido en la Filial de Ciencias Médicas de Sagua la Grande, y constituye un centro que jerarquiza científica y metodológicamente la formación y perfeccionamiento de los técnicos y profesionales de las ciencias médicas en todo el territorio centro norte de la provincia Villa Clara.
A retrospective descriptive study was carried out on the Nursing formative process of Sagua la Grande municipality, where the historical-logical method was applied. It is elaborated a brief synthesis about the beginnings of Nursing and other facts associated to the formation of the different formative processes of Licensed Practical Nurses and the Bachelor in Nursing, as well as the preparation of Licensed Practical Nurses in other nationalities. A documental analysis was carried out on the student´s registers files, the teaching-learning process documents, and a paper about the history of the school. Professors and founding personnel were interviewed. At present, the "Lidia Doce" Nursing School has become the Health University Site of Sagua la Grande municipality and it is the center that leads the scientific and the methodological formation as well as the improvement of the health sciences technicians and professionals in the northern part of the province.

Se realizó un estudio explicativo y retrospectivo de la aplicación del Proceso de Atención de Enfermería en niños con glomerulonefritis difusa aguda en el hospital Mártires del 9 de Abril en el año 2000 y cuyo objetivo fue analizar la incidencia en sexo y grupo de edades, identificar necesidades humanas, diagnósticos de enfermería, mencionar acciones de enfermería que se aplicaron en estos pacientes, así como analizar la estadía en sala para su comparación con el año 1999. El universo de estudio estuvo constituido por los 20 pacientes ingresados en el año; la muestra se seleccionó mediante un muestreo no probabilístico opinático o intencional y quedó conformado con 14 pacientes. Se realizó un seguimiento de todos los enfermos que ingresaron en el servicio de misceláneas y se les aplicó un formulario de preguntas para la recolección de datos generales. Se observó el predominio del sexo femenino y el grupo de edades de 11 a 14 años. Las necesidades humanas identificadas en el 100 (por ciento) fueron eliminación, alimentación y actividad; entre los diagnósticos de enfermería se encontraron el exceso de volumen de líquido relacionado con compromisos de los mecanismos reguladores, alteración de la eliminación urinaria relacionada con multicausalidad, intolerancia a la actividad en relación con el reposo en cama y alteración de la nutrición por defecto, que tiene que ver con la capacidad para ingerir los alimentos. Se mencionaron algunas acciones de enfermería indispensables en el tratamiento de estos niños, así como la estancia en sala que se redujo aproximadamente a 3 días en el año 2000(AU)
He/she was carried out an explanatory and retrospective study of the application of the Process of Attention of Infirmary in children with sharp diffuse glomerulonefritis in the hospital Martyrs of April 9 in the year 2000 and whose objective was to analyze the incidence in sex and group of ages, to identify human necessities, infirmary diagnoses, to mention infirmary actions that were applied in these patients, as well as to analyze the demurrage in room for its comparison with the year 1999. The study universe was constituted by the 20 patients entered in the year; the sample was not selected by means of a sampling probabilístico opinático or intentional and it was conformed with 14 patients. He/she was carried out a pursuit of all the sick persons that you/they entered in the service of miscellaneous and they were applied a form of questions for the gathering of general data. It was observed the prevalence of the feminine sex and the group of ages from 11 to 14 years. The human necessities identified in the 100 (percent) they were elimination, feeding and activity; among the infirmary diagnoses they were the excess of volume of liquid related with commitments of the mechanisms regulators, alteration of the elimination urinaria related with multicausalidad, intolerance to the activity in connection with the rest in bed and alteration of the nutrition for defect that has to do with the capacity to ingest the foods. Some indispensable infirmary actions were mentioned in the treatment of these children, as well as the stay in room that he/she decreased approximately to 3 days in the year 2000(AU)
