ABSTRACT
La escuela constituye por excelencia la institución de conocimiento y es el sector educativo el que proporciona a la estructura productiva el capital humano necesario para trabajar amigablemente con las nuevas herramientas tecnológicas. Es por ello que ante los retos del desarrollo científico, la educación en sus niveles medio y superior deben formar profesionales capaces de emprender y trabajar en las complejas interrelaciones entre ciencia, tecnología y sociedad. Identificar los problemas fundamentales pedagógicos en la formación científico investigativa de los cadetes de la carrera de Medicina. Se aplicó una técnica grupal, en este caso fue la tormenta de ideas también denominada lluvia de ideas o brainstorming. Predominó el grupo de profesores con antigüedad entre 20 y 30 años (5 para un 62,5 por ciento). Los principales problemas fueron no aplicación de las técnicas y métodos pedagógicos participativos. Dentro de los objetivos, los contenidos, y los métodos en la formación de los cadetes, no se da prioridad a los aspectos relacionados con las investigaciones y quedan reducidas muchas de estas actividades a la sociedad científica de los alumnos. No se desarrollan habilidades para la búsqueda de información científica. La no aplicación de técnicas y métodos pedagógicos participativos, que crean hábitos y conocimientos en el alumno para enfrentar las investigaciones, junto al no desarrollo de habilidades para la búsqueda de información científica, constituye el principal problema pedagógico en la formación científico investigativa del cadete de la carrera de Medicina.
The school is par excellence the knowledge institution, and also the educational sector giving to productive structure the human resource needed to work in a friendly way with the new technological tools. For that reason, and in front of the scientific development challenges, the education in the mean and higher levels must to train the professional staff able to understand and work in the complex relations among science, technology, and society. To characterize the main educational problems in research and scientific training of cadets in Medicine career. We applied a group technique, in this case was the ideas storm also called ideas rain or brainstorming. There was a predominance of professors with an antiquity between 20 and 35 years (5 for a 62, 5 percent). The main problems were the no-application of techniques and participation educational examinations. Among the objectives, the contents, and the training examinations of cadets, are not prioritized the features related to researches, and many of these activities are reduced to activities of scientific society of students. Abilities for search of scientific information are not developed. The no-application of techniques and participation educational examinations creating habits and knowledges in student to face the researches together with the no-develop of abilities for scientific information search is the major educational problem in the scientific and researching training of cadet in Medicine career.
