differential diagnosis of retinal detachment [an electroretiongraphic and an ultrasonographic study]

This work was done in Ain Shams University Hospital in the last two years. Sixty patients of retinal detachment and allied conditions were diagnosed clinically, and studied by ultrasonography electroretinography. The role of each of these two tests is discussed and evaluated in each condition. The results showed that both tests are complementary in confirming the diagnosis doubtful cases
