ABSTRACT
Inner ear is one of the most sensitive parts to microwave radiation.The effect of microwave radiation on the inner ear system is its damage to the vestibule and cochlea.The vestibular and cochlear injury is closely related to the balance of the human body and hearing loss.This article reviews the mechanism of microwave and effects of microwave radiation on the structure and function of the inner ear in order to provide data for future related research.

Military pilot selection is an effective way to lower the training cost, ensure the safety of pilots and aircraft, and improve the military efficiency, which involves a comprehensive evaluation of medical fitness, psychology and flying aptitude of a pilot candidate.The concept and classification of comprehensive evaluation methods were introduced in this paper.Comprehensive evaluation methods used in domestic and overseas military pilot selection were reviewed.Finally, suggestions on the research and application of the military pilot selection system in China were raised.

Objective To detect the dynamic visual acuity ( DVA) before and after vestibular habituation of subjects in order to optimize the DVA assessment criteria .Methods The vestibular function examination system was applied to the detection of static and dynamic visual function in 16 healthy subjects .Results When the speed of left or right swinging was fast enough , DVA before and after vestibular habituation was different .Conclusion Subjects with vestibular habituation can reduce their sensitivity to the vestibular system , the changes in DVA are better than before habituation , and the vestib-ular function adaptability training may have effect on DVA .

Objective: To explore the medical service price regulation of theoretic model and reform trends in China. Methods:Qualitative method. Results:Medical care is the service that mix the nature of public service and private service. The price regulation of medical care includes the regulation of price level and price structure. The asymmetric information, equality, externality and monopoly of the medical care are the reasons to implement the price regulation. Ramsey pricing model, investment rate of return pricing model, the price-cap model, yardstick price regulation model and Feldstein pricing model are the general models to implement the price regulation of medical care. Conclusion: China should reform and modify the current price level and structure of medical care based on the above models.

Objective To investigate the effects of modafinil,a new wake-promoting agent, on vestibular function during 24 h sleep deprivation(SD). Method Eight male healthy young volunteers were exposed to two 24 h periods of continuous wakefulness during the crossover experiment. In one period, 200 mg doses of modafinil were given and in the other, separated by one week, matching placebos were administered. The SD time started from 8:00 of the first day to 8:00 of the second day. Drugs was given at 0:00 of the second day. Vestibular function was tested at 21:00 of the first day and 1 ,3,5,7 h after drug administration. Result The accuracy of saccade tracking and the gains of VVOR(visual-vestibular optokinetic reflex)and OKN(optokinetic nystagmus)in the placebo group decreased during 24 h SD, especially at 1: 00～5:00 of the second day, while OKN gains in the modafinil group was increased significantly. There were no significant differences of other vestibular function between modafinil group and placebo group. Conclusion Twenty four SD can influence vestibular function in certain degree,but optokinetic nystagmus can be improved by modafinil.

There are serious moral hazards in medical insurance because of information asymmetry.Moral hazards can make different degree influence on the medicare supply,demand and supervision of usage.From the 1960s,scholars have much research and discussion on the different main body that be of moral hazard,on the influence of moral hazard to welfare,on the measure of moral hazard and on the methods that how to control moral hazard.This paper summarizes the related viewpoints and conclusions that come from the above four aspects.
