ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with probiotics on neonatal jaundice and its effect on cellular immune function, total bilirubin, transferrin (TRF) and C-reactive protein (CRP).Methods:From September 2018 to September 2019, 134 cases of neonatal jaundice admitted to Ningbo Yinzhou People's Hospital were selected, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control groupaccording to the random digital table method, with 67 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Bacillus subtilis, and the observation group was treated with Yinzhihuang oral liquid on the basis of the control group. After 5 days of continuous treatment, the curative effect and the changes of each index were evaluated in the two groups. The therapeutic effect, the time of defecation and defecation, the cellular immune function, total bilirubin, TRF and CRP levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group (100.00%) was higher than that of the control group (91.05%) (χ 2=4.362, P<0.05). The defecation time of the observation group was (38.49±5.42)h, which was shorter than that of the control group [(64.37±7.81)h], and the defecation times of the observation group was(6.58±1.32)times/d, which was more than that of the control group [(3.82±1.08)times/d], the differences were statistically significant( t=22.384, 13.246, all P<0.05). The CD 3+ [(65.42±1.72)%], CD 4+ [(39.83±2.63)%] and CD 4+ /CD 8+ (1.46±0.10) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group [(62.19±1.54)%, (34.25±1.98)% and (1.27±0.13)] ( t=11.452, 13.874, 9.482, all P<0.05). The total bilirubin [(62.73±13.25)μmol/L] and CRP [(8.97±1.56)mg/L] in the observation group were lower than those in the control group [(117.48±22.39)μmol/L and (12.64±2.10)mg/L], while the TRF [(1.89±0.21)g/L] was higher than that in the control group [(1.59±0.16)g/L], the differences were statistically significant( t=17.225, 9.301, 11.483, all P<0.05). Conclusion:Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with Bacillus subtilis in the treatment of neonatal jaundice has obvious effect. It can improve the cellular immune function, reduce the level of total bilirubin and CRP, and improve the level of TRF.

ABSTRACT

Objective This study aims to investigate the association of apoB/apoA-1 ratio with insulin resistance (IR) in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) . Methods A total of 224 patients with NAFLD and 166 healthy subjects were enrolled as NAFLD group and control group. Weight, height and blood pressure were recorded. Serum levels of fasting blood glucose (FPG), insulin (Fins), lipids, glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) were measured. Homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) indices were calculated. Results Compared with control group, NAFLD group had higher apoB/apoA-1 ratio (0.76 ± 0.28 vs 0.61 ± 0.26) and HOMA-IR (2.43 ± 1.68 vs 1.86 ± 1.61) . Spearman correlation analysis showed that in NAFLD group, HOMA-IR positively correlated with age, body mass index (BMI), triglycerides (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-c), apoB/apoA-1 ratio (r =0.34, P < 0. 05) and HbA1c, and negatively correlated with high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-c) . Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that apoB/apoA-1 ratio was still associated with HOMA-IR in NAFLD group after adjustment for age and BMI. Conclusion The apoB/apoA-1 ratio is closely associated with IR in patients with NAFLD. ApoB/apoA-1 ratio may play a role in the development of IR in NAFLD.

ABSTRACT

AIM To compare the pharmacokinetics and bioequivalence of between capsule and solution of benzoylmetronidazole. METHODS Ten chinese healthy male volunteers in a randomized 2-way crossover study were given a single oral dose 960 mg capsule(test) and solution (control) respectively. The serum concentrations of metronidazole, one of the metabolites of benzoylmetronidazole, was measured by high performance liquid chromatography. RESULTS The serum concentration-time curves appeared one-compartment open model. The results of the capsule and the solution of benzoylmetronidazole showed that T max (5.10?1.60) h and (3.12?0.90) h; C max (5.32?0.87) mg?L -1 and (6.51?1.25) mg?L -1 ; T 12 (10.56?1.75) h and (10.16?1.65) h; AUC (106.96?19.62) mg?h -1 ?L -1 and (113.59?19.84) mg?h?L -1 . CONCLUTION No significant difference appears in the pharmacokinetic parameters between the two formulations except of T max and C max ( P
