ABSTRACT
Se presenta, un análisis descriptivo de las propiedades psicométricas y sugerencias aplicativas de la Prueba de Habilidad Intelectual para el Dibujo de una Persona en Niños, Adolescentes y Adultos, DAP: IQ,la cual nos permite hacer una estimación de la habilidad intelectual de forma general, en personas con edades desde los 4 hasta los 89 años; por medio del dibujo de la figura humana. Posee una aplicación e interpretación sencilla y rápida; permitiendo estimar la inteligencia de manera confiable y válida, pues posee menos influencia de la habilidad artística y motora, con respecto a pruebas anteriores de la misma naturaleza; y un mayor control de aspectos culturales en el sistema de calificación del dibujo. Se comentan las ventajas y limitaciones.
Presents a descriptive analysis of the psychometric properties and applications of Draw-A-Person Intellectual Ability Test for Children, Adolescents and Adults, DAP: IQ, which allows us to make an estimate of intellectual ability in general, in people aged from 4 to 89 years, through the drawing of the human figure. It has an application and interpretation simple and quick, allowing estimating the intelligence of a reliable and valid way, because it owns less influence of the artistic ability and motorboat, with respect to previous tests of the same nature; and a greater control of cultural aspects in the system of qualification of the drawing. We discuss the advantages and limitations.
