ABSTRACT

Objective To evaluate efficacy and safety of Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine Sibutramine treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods Of computer retrieval China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),Wanfang database,VIP database and search atorvastatin statins combined with trimetazidine trimetazidine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease:a randomized controlled trial, according to Jadad scale to evaluate the quality of the included studies and extracted data.Meta analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3.Results In accordance with the inclusion criteria were included in the 18 study,a total of 1 848 patients. The software of RevMan 5.3 on cardiovascular events incidence, clinical curative effect, angina pectoris, blood lipid [total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)],the improvement of cardiac function [including cardiac index left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD)] and the adverse reactions of meta analysis showed that compared with pure atorvastatin, atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events [OR =0.19,95% Cl (0.11,0.35),P<0.01],reduce seizure frequency and duration of angina [WMD =-1.52,95% CI (-1.84,-0.99),P < 0.01;WMD =-1.80,95% CI (-2.20,-1.50),P <0.01],improve the clinical efficiency of [OR =4.78,95% Cl (3.54,6.47),P < 0.01] display.Blood lipid and cardiac ultrasound index show that atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine can better improve the patient's LVEDD [WMD =-2.69,95% CI (-4.39,-0.98),P < 0.01] LVESD [WMD =-6.92,95 % CI(-11.82,-2.02),P < 0.01].The decrease of serum level of TC,TG,LDL-C was better than atorvastatin monotherapy, but there were no statistically significant differences in the improvement level of serum HDL-C in the included patients (P =O.17).In the included studies, atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients [0R=0.33,95% CI (0.13,0.85),P=0.02].Conclusions Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine is safer and more effective than atorvastatin alone in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.

ABSTRACT

Objective To compare elasticity imaging and conventional ultrasound when applied to the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods Totally 124 breast tumor patients (140 lesions) from some hospital were analyzed retrospectively, who were divided into a control group and an observation group according to ultrasound examination ways. The control group involved in 60 patients with 66 lesions undergoing conventional ultrasound examination, and the observation group had 64 patients with 74 lesions undergoing elasticity imaging.Pathological findings were considered as gold standard, and the two groups were compared on accuracy, specificity and sensitivity. Results Pathological detection found the accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of the malignant tumor in the control group were 85.00%,84.78% and 84.85% respectively, and the ones of the malignant tumor in the observation group were 95.83%,96.00% and 95.95% respectively. The two groups had significant differences between the accuracies, specificities and sensitivities (P<0.05).Conclusion Elasticity imaging describes the size, shape, number, margin and etc of the breast tumor, and thus can enhance the accuracy, specificity and sensitivity for diagnosing breast tumors.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the application value of mammary gland remodeling to one-stage repair local defects after partial excision. Methods The clinical data of 62 breast patients undergoing mammary gland remodeling to one-stage repair local defect after partial excision between January 2011 and December 2014 were reviewed. Results All patients recovery, the average operative time was 60 min,the average hospital stay was 7 days, the average cost was 5 216 yuan,1 case with postoperative concurrent incision infection,6 cases with postoperative hematoma. The cosmetic results were excellent or good rate was 87.1% (54/62),and fair rate was 12.9% (8/62).The breasts showed natural and symmetrical appearance during a follow-up of 12-36 months. Conclusions The application of mammary gland remodeling to one-stage repair local defect after partial excision is a safe and economical method.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate cognitive function and behavior characteristics in the childhood onset schizo?phrenia patients with or without obsessive-compulsive symptoms. Methods One hundred forty-nine schizophrenia chil?dren were recruited and 72 healthy children served as children control group. According to the Schedule for Affective Dis?orders and Schizophrenia for School-Age Children-Present and Lifetime Version (K-SADS-PL), the patients were fur?ther divided into two groups, the children with obsessive-compulsive disorder group (70 cases) and the children without obsessive-compulsive disorder group (79 cases). All the children were retrospectively surveyed and the Achenbach’s Child Behavior Check-list (CBCL) was used to assess their social competence and behavioral characteristics at the age from 6-year-old to 10-year-old. The cognitive function was estimated with WISC, STROOP color and word test, trail making test, visal spatial memory test and maze test. Results Compare to the control group, the CBCL factor scores of behavior problems were higher (P<0.01), social ability factor scores were lower (P<0.05) and all factor scores in the cog?nitive function tests were lower (P<0.05) in the two patients groups. Compare to the patients without obsessive-compul?sive symptoms, the CBCL factor scores of the school situation (P<0.01), splitting force (P<0.01), and physical complaints (P<0.01) were significantly higher and the scores were significantly lower in the test of common sense (P<0.01), wood (P<0.01), STROOP (P<0.01) and BVMT-R (P<0.01) in those with obsessive-compulsive symptoms. Correlation analysis showed that social competence total scores were positively correlated with similarity in the patients with obsessive-com?pulsive symptoms (r=0.31, P<0.01);while behavior problems total scores were negatively correlated with wood (r=-0.31, P<0.01) and patchwork (r=-0.32, P<0.01) in the patients without obsessive-compulsive symptoms. Conclusion The schizophrenia children with obsessive-compulsive symptoms have more behavioral problems in pre-symptom period and their cognitive dysfunction are more severe following onset of the disease. Cognitive function is related to behavioral prob?lems and social competence in the schizophrenia children with or without obsessive-compulsive symptoms .
