ABSTRACT

Molecular Biology is the core course of biology major, whose fundamentals are classical and which develops rapidly as well. The introduction of the discipline frontiers is an ideal way to enhance the vitality of the classroom. Based on MOOC resources, the course group combined online independent study and offline face to face class to implement blended learning. Driven by the discipline frontiers, diversified teaching methods were introduced and classroom ecology was reconstructed. Multiple teaching sessions, including students’ independent study, questioning and presentation, class leading role of the teachers, questions and answers and knowledge expansion have been rolled out and unified so as to cultivate the science and humanity spirit of the students and enhance the vitality of the classroom. This blended teaching model effectively exercises students’ innovative thinking, improves students’ participation, and plays a positive role in enriching learning experience, stimulating professional dream and promoting students’ enlightenment.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the status quo of intensive statin therapy in hospitalized patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) from 2001 to 2011 and analyze its influence factors.Methods We obtained in-formation of AMI patients in 2001,2006,and 2011 from their medical record. Intensive statin therapy was defined as statin regiments with expected LDL-C lowering of at least 40%.Results Among 767 patientswith definite dosage of statin,the use frequencyof intensive statin increased from 0%in 2001 to 60.77% in 2006,and 88.71% in 2011 (P0.05). Conclusions The use frequency of intensive stain therapy among AMI patientsincreasesyear by year and it is affected by sex,risk factors,history of disease and type of infarction.

ABSTRACT

Objective To compare the efficacy of carbon nanoparticles suspension and methylene blue for the detection of axillary sentinel lymph nodes in rabbits with breast cancer,to provide a method for the clinical application of treatment of breast cancer.Methods The model of breast cancer was established in 40 rabbits by intramammary injection of VX2 tumor tissue suspension 1ml.The successful model was divided into two groups.Carbon nanoparticles suspension and methylene blue were used in staining sentinel lymph node.The staining time,stain fading time of SLN,number of stained SLN,total number of the stained lymph node and the staining effect were observed.Results The staining time of SLN and number of stained SLN had no significant difference between the 2 groups,total number of the stained lymph nodes was 3.25?0.56 and 2.3?0.21 respectively in carbon nanoparticles suspension group and methylene blue group(t=6.99,P
