ABSTRACT

Objective To explore learning burnout psychology and professional identity of nursing students studying at the traditional Chinese medicine college.Methods 200 students were surveyed by learning burnout and professional commitment scale.Results Learning burnout level of nursing students was higher,depression scores were the highest in four dimensions.Professional commitment kept within medium level.The professional identity was low.The inheritance commitment score was the lowest in each dimension analysis.Conclusions Schools and teachers should take corresponding measures to improve professional commitment level,so as to reduce learning burnout level and ensure long-term stable development of nursing profession.

ABSTRACT

Lead exposure is toxic to children.With the development of industry,lead exposure of children becomes more and more serious.Bone is the major target organ for lead loading.In terms of bone development,childhood is a critical period for the production of peak bone mass,and keeping it normal is important for the measurement of bone health and decreasing the morbidity of osteoporosis.Recent research revealed that children's bone mineral density is affected by elevated level of blood lead and this effect is mainly through the inhibition of the activity of osteoblast cell,the influence on calcium and phosphorus metabolism,and the retardation of children's bone growth.Therefore,the review focuses on the source,toxic effect,and the influence on bone mineral density and its mechanism of children lead exposure.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE@#To evaluate the efficacy, safety and compliance of specific immunotherapy in allergic rhinitis.@*METHOD@#Two hundred and eighty cases with allergic rhinitis were undertaken immunotherapy, and then were observed its symptoms, signs and treatment by graded score.@*RESULT@#Total effective rate was 86.8%, 70.4%, 62.5% at 16 week, 6 months and 1 year after treatment. Of 280 patients treated, 74 patients stopped treatment after one year, compliance rate was 73.6%.@*CONCLUSION@#Specific immunotherapy is a safe and effective treatment methods for allergic rhinitis and worthy of attention and promotion, while strengthening the health education is needed to improve treatment compliance of patients.
