ABSTRACT

The anterior shoulder instability is a frequent motif of consultation especially in athletic young shoulder. The surgery is indicated when recurrent shoulder dislocations appears or negative physical therapy. The latarjet procedure is the most common surgical technique over the world and in Morocco. The rehabilitation after latarjet procedure has tree objectives: indolence, mobility and a harmonious equilibrium between external and internal rotator muscles. The proprioceptive rehabilitation had to learn to answer quickly and efficacy to every situation cause of instability or shoulder dislocation

ABSTRACT

Authors bring back a case of carpal scaphoid fracture out of place forward with migration of proximal segment of the scaphoid in front of the radial metaphysis. This observation is interesting to describe because of the big displacement proximal fragment and the misleading radiological aspect on the profile view lending confusion with perilunar dislocation of the carp. The surgical treatment will permit the reduction then stabilisation of the fracture but won't warn the evolution toward the necrosis of proximal pole and/or the pseudarthrosis

ABSTRACT

Standing station and walking are due to musculo-artiicular balance perfect. Any modification of this balance has consequences on the functional plan and on the statics. The interest of the rehabilitation is to permit restoring to best this musculo-articular balance. The equipment of replacement for deficiences is integreated in the program of rehabilitation. We have preposed to a 49 year-old patient, active and presenting a facio-scapulo-humeral dystrophy, an orthosis to stabililize his deficit knee. Posturgraphic analysis has permitted to specify the balance of the patients with and without orthosis. A recording of analysis present walking has been achieved at this patient, and then it has been compared to the walking without orthosis. Real tool of rehabilitation, this orthosis has permitted the prevention of falls generated by the musculo-articular unbalance and the preciptation toward the lost of the walking diagram and the installation of the handicap

ABSTRACT

30 years old women with bilateral schoulder fractures dislocation following a convulsive episode is presented, the seizure was caused by gravidic toxaemia. The diagnosis of anterior fracture- dislocation of both schoulders was confirmed by X- rays and CT scan. Open reduction and internal fixation was carried out with considerable difficulty. The relevant literature is reviewed with special focus on diagnostics, causes, trauma mechanisms, and treatment
