ABSTRACT
A rare case is presented when right middle cerebral artery(MCA) aneurysm is accompanied by ipsilateral intracavernous aneurysm. Two-steptherapy was applied.First,the internal carotid artery(ICA) was ligated and then neck of MCA aneurysm was clipped. The clipping had to be delayed about one monthbecause of neurological symptoms of circulation insufficiency within the circle of Wills. The patient recovered completely
