Determination of Patchouli Alcohol in Xiaoer Tuxiening Powder by GC / 中国药房

OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of Patchouli alcohol in Xiaoer tuxiening powder by gas chromatography(GC).METHODS:Using n-octadecane as internal standard,the determination was performed by the GC on elastic quartz ca-pillary column(30 m?0.32 mm?0.25 ?m)with 5% phenyl-methylpolysiloxane as stationary phase that was heated by temperature programming with both detector temperature and injector temperature maintained at 280 ℃.RESULTS:The linear range of Patchouli alcohol was 63.4～887.6 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 4),and its average recovery rate was 100.55%(RSD=1.85%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The GC method has been proved to be rapid,accurate and reliable,and it is applicable for the quality control of Xiaoer tuxiening powder.
