ABSTRACT
Present investigation is conducted to investigate the clinical efficacy of mesalazine in combination with the Bifid Triple Viable Capsules on the ulcerative colitis [UC] and the resultant effect on the inflammatory factors [TNF-alpha, IL-8 and IL-10] of UC patients. A total of 120 UC patients who were admitted to this hospital for treatment between May 2014 and February 2018 were enrolled in this study and divided randomly into the research group and control group, with 60 patients in each group. For patients in the two groups, they underwent medication via mesalazine, while those in the research group additionally received the medication by Bifid Triple Viable Capsules. Following treatment, we evaluated the clinical efficacy, as well as the disease activity index [DAI] of UC, score of clinical symptoms, changes in the inflammatory factors [TNF-alpha, IL-8 and IL-10] and the adverse reactions to drugs before and after treatment. The total effectiveness rate in the research group was 90.0%, significantly higher than 72.5% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance [P < 0.05]. Before treatment, we assessed the UCDAI and clinical symptoms, and found that there were no statistically significant differences in these indicators between two groups [P>0.05]; however, after treatment, both of UCDAI and clinical symptoms scores were decreased evidently in two groups [P<0.05], while the decreases in the research group were more significant [P < 0.05]. In addition, following treatment, the levels of TNFalpha and IL-8 were all decreased in two groups, with an acute increase in IL-10 [all P<0.01], and the alterations in these indicators in the research group were much more significant than those in the control group [all P <0.05]. For adverse reactions, the incidence rate in the research group was 6.67%, significantly lower than 33.33% in the control group [P <0.05]. Mesalazine in combination with Bifid Triple Viable Capsules shows a magnificent protective effect on the mucosa of UC patients, and curb the UC-related inflammatory reactions effectively. Thus, it is a safe and reliable method that is worthy of being promoted in clinical practice
ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of stent-assisted coil embolization for the treatment of blister-like aneurysms (BBAs) of the internal carotid artery. Methods Eighteen patients with internal carotid BBAs treated with stent-assisted coil embolization and admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery, Hainan Provincial People's Hospital from March 2012 to March 2016 were enrolled retrospectively. The modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score was used to evaluate the clinical outcomes. Results Subarachnoid hemorrhage was seen on CT in all patients. One BBA was located in C5, 8 in C6, 4 in C6 -7, and 5 in C7. The mean maximum diameter of BBAs was ≤3 mm. The wall of the aneurysm or the parent artery was irregular. Preoperative Hunt-Hess grades: gradeⅡin 13 cases, gradeⅢin 4 cases, and gradeⅣin 1 case. All patients were treated with stent-assisted coil embolization. Four patients selected Enterprise+LVIS stents, 1 selected Enterprise stents, and the remaining patients selected LVIS stents. All patients were treated with 2 stents. Postoperative angiography showed complete embolization. One of them relapsed after treatment with simple coil embolization in the other hospital. He was successfully discharged after a second stent-assisted coil embolization and had a good outcome. All patients had no intraoperative or perioperative complications. The patients were followed up for 3 to 18 months. The average follow-up period was 12 months. The mRS score was 0 to 1 in 17 cases, and 2 in 1 case. Conclusion Stent-assisted coil embolization is a safe and effective method for the treatment of BBAs of the internal carotid artery.

Objective To investigate the occurrence status quo and related factors of cerebral vasospasm after cerebral ruptured aneurysms embolization.Methods Sixty-six patients withruptured cerebral aneurysms undergoing embolization treatment were selected as the research subjects,and conducted routine aneurysm embolization treatment.The cerebral vasospasm occurrence rate during hospitalization period was statistically calculated,and the related factors of cerebral vasospasm after cerebral aneurysm rupture embolization were analyzed.Results The cerebral vasospasm occurrence rate was 22.73 ％.Age,body mass index (BMI),hypertension rate,smoking history,aneurysms number,Fisher grade,Hunt-Hess grade,operation timing and Glasgow coma index (GCS) had statistically significant difference between the patients with and without cerebral vasospasm (P＜0.05).The related factors of cerebral vasospasm after embolization of ruptured aneurysms were age,hypertension,smoking history,number of aneurysms,Fisher grade,Hunt-Hess grade,operation timing and GCS index.Conclusion The cerebral vasospasm rate after embolization of ruptured aneurysms is high,and related to age,hypertension,smoking history,number of aneurysms,Fisher grade,Hunt-Hess grade,operation timing and GCS index.

Objective To study the clinical effects of aspirin and clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin calcium in patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods 27 cases of patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease from March 2015 to March 2016 in Hainan general hospital were selected,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,13 patients in the control group,treated with aspirin and clopidogrel,14 cases in the observation group,treat with atorvastatin calcium based on the control group,both two groups were treatment for three months.The total effective rate were compared between the two groups after treatment,NIHSS score and serum lipid level were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 92.9%,significantly higher than the control group 53.8%(P<0.05).Compared with before treatmeng,the NIHSS score of two groups were decreased,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in two groups were decreased,HDL-C was increased (P<0.05);Compared with control group,the NIHSS score of observation group was lower,TC,TG and LDL-C were lower,HDL-C was higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Aspirin and clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin calcium in treatment with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease has significant effect,can reduce the patient's NIHSS score,improve blood lipid levels.

Objective To evaluate the detection methods for β‐lactamase in 3 kinds of Staphylococcus aureus to provide the basis for clinical laboratories selecting the best detection method .Methods 40 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were selected .With the BlaZ gene detection result as the gold standard for β‐lactamase detection ,the detection performance of the penicillin zone‐edge deter‐mination ,cloverleaf assay ,nitrocefin‐disk were evaluated .Results 20 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were the BlaZ gene positive detected by PCR and 20 strains were negative .The sensitivity of the penicillin zone‐edge determination method ,cloverleaf assay and nitrocefin‐disk were all 100 .00% and the specificity were 100 .00% .Conclusion Three kinds of β‐lactamase detection method have better sensitivity and specificity .So different laboratory can choose one of the method to detect β‐lactamase of staphylococcus aureus according to the actual situation .

Objective To analyze the relevantly risk factors of cerebral arteriovenous malformation (AVM ) with hemorrhage . Methods The clinical data of 127 patients with cerebral arteriovenous malformation were retrospectively analyzed .71 patients with hemorrhage were divided into the hemorrhage group while 56 patients without hemorrhage were divided into the control group .The clinical data of the two groups were compared and analyzed .Results Univariate analysis indicated that the differences of location and size of the AVM masses ,location of the feeding arteries ,direction of the draining vein ,combining with aneurysms and size of aneurysms were statistically significant (P1) .Conclusion The patients with deep AVM masses ,small-sized AVM masses(<3 cm) ,deep draining veins and combining with aneurysms should be operated as soon as possible to avoid hemorrhage .

Objective To analyze the MSCT manifestation of tumor of ovary.Methods 57 patients diagnosed as ovary tumor were recruited into our analysis (malignant:33 cases,benign:24 cases),all cases underwent plain CT scan and contrast CT scan.Results 33 cases of malignant tumors showed moderate enhanced.23 ovary adenoma which manifests as cystic tumor,the solid parts of the lesion showed slightly enhanced.Granulosa-theca cell tumor showed slightly enhanced.Conclusion MSCT is helpful in diagnosis of ovary tumor.

Objective idiopathic hemothorax .Methods 46 patients wifh idiopathic hemothorax To explore the treatment method of were first closed thoracic drainage catheter ,of which 12 patients underwent emergency explor-atory thoracotomy,with video-assisted thoracic surgery in 10 cases,non-surgical treatment of 24 cases.Results 46 patients were cured without complications ,were followed up 3 months to 5 years.without recurrence .Conclusion Idi-opathic hemothorax once diagnosed , treatment principles that should be placed closed thoracic drainage , and timely surgical treatment,especially video-assisted thoracic surgery ,patients can reduce the amount of blood transfusion ,ef-fective,less invasive,faster recovery,less bleeding,the patient easy to accept .
