Quantitative Determination of Qinghaosu in Cultivased Artemisia Annua Linn in the Baoshan Area / 昆明医科大学学报

Authors reported the quantitative determination of Qinghaosu in the cultivated Artemisia annua linn in the Baoshan area by UV spectrophotometry. The results are that the content of Qinghaosu in the leaves is 0.706％. The extraction rate of Oinghaosu from the Artemisia annua linn by the solvent gasoline is 0.362. The content of Qinghaosu in the final product is over 99％.
