ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate the effects of anemoside B4 on proliferation, apoptosis and migration of ovarian cancer SKOV3 cells through a variety of biological methods, and further to explore its mechanism.Methods:Ovarian cancer SKOV3 cells were cultured in vitro. CCK-8 method was used to detect the proliferation of SKOV3 cells treated with different concentrations of anemoside B4, and IC50 value was calculated. Flow cytometry was employed to detect the apoptosis of cells treated with IC50 concentration of anemoside B4 for different time length; Transwell method was used to detect the migration and invasion of cells treated with IC50 concentration of anemoside B4 for different time length. Western blot was used to detect changes in the expression of related proteins.Results:Anemoside B4 can effectively inhibit the proliferation of SKOV3 cells, showing a concentration-dependent IC50 value of 6.08±0.56 μM, and the inhibitory effect is stronger than the positive control drug cisplatin, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05) . Flow cytometry showed that anemoside B4 could induce SKOV3 cells apoptosis, reduce Bcl-xl expression, and up-regulate the expression of Bax, cleaved-caspase-3 and PARP. Compared with the group of 0 h, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) . Crocetin could down-regulate the expression of N-cadherin and up-regulate the expression of E-cadherin, thereby inhibiting the migration of SKOV3 cells. Anemoside B4 could inhibit the expression of JAK/STAT3 signaling pathway proteins.Conclusion:Anemoside B4 can effectively inhibit the proliferation of cervical cancer cells, and induce SKOV3 cell apoptosis by regulating the JAK/STAT3 signaling pathway to inhibit their migration. Crocetin has great potential in the research and development of ovarian cancer therapy.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore the effect of Dachengqi Decoction on the postoperative recovery of laparoscopic gastrectomy under general anesthesia.Methods:From March 2015 to May 2018, 96 patients with gastric cancer undergoing laparoscopic gastrectomy under general anesthesia in our hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group received routine nursing. The observation group received the intervention of Dachengqi Decoction with ultrasonic conductivity on the basis of the control group. The recovery of gastrointestinal function, the levels of gas (serum gastrin), MTL (plasma motilin) and Quality of Recovery 40 (QoR40) were compared between the two groups.Results:The gastrointestinal function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group ( P<0.05). Compared with one day before operation, the levels of gas and MTL in the two groups were lower 24 hours after operation, but the levels of GAS and MTL in the observation group were (92.56±5.12), (258.58±5.59) ng/L, which were higher than (52.12±3.15), (185.63±4.12) ng/L in the control group ( t values were 46.608, 72.782, P<0.01). Compared with the pre intervention group, QoR40 scores of the two groups were improved after intervention, and the observation group was (198.56±5.58) points, which was higher than (152.12±2.63) points of the control group ( t value was 52.157, P<0.01). Conclusion:Dachengqi Decoction can promote the recovery of patients after laparoscopic gastrectomy under general anesthesia.

ABSTRACT

As a principal part of foreign exchange activities of traditional Chinese medicine, government organizations played a crucial role. At present, there are relatively rare researches on foreign exchange activities of traditional Chinese medicine in government organizations. In this article, we defined related government organizations and their functions, analyzed the features of the foreign exchange activities of traditional Chinese mdicine among government organizations in the past nearly 30 years. And based on this analysis, SWOT theory model in management science was introduced to discuss the reasons of government behaviors and put forward suggestions for the future development.

ABSTRACT

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of herpangina caused by major pathogens during outbreak of hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD).Methods The clinical data of 94 patients with herpangina during outbreak of HFMD were collected.Enteroviruses 71 (EV71) and Coxsackie virus A16 (CA16) were detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction.And relevant indicators of two groups were compared.Results There were 34 cases EV71 positive (36.17%,34/94,EV71 positive group) and 31 cases CoxA 16 positive (32.98%,31/94,CoxA 16 positive group) from the results of pathogen detection.The level of white blood cell count,glucose,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,hypersensitive C-reactive protein were increased obviously than normal,while no significant difference was found between two groups (P > 0.05).The level of myocardial enzymes,creatinine,blood urea nitrogen were in the normal range and no significant difference was found between two groups (P > 0.05).There was no significant difference between two groups in the incidence of age < 3 years old,persistent high fever (P > 0.05).The abnormalities performance in the nervous,respiratory,circulatory system of the EV71 positive group were significantly higher than those in CoxA 16 positive group [26.47% (9/34) vs.6.45% (2/31),23.53% (8/34) vs.3.23%(1/31),20.59% (7/34) vs.3.23% (1/31) separately],and there were significant differences between two groups(P < 0.05).There were 11 severe cases (11.70%,11/94) in the 94 cases of children with herpangina,and 9 cases belonged to the EV71 positive group,2 cases belonged to the CoxA16 positive group.Two cases died of lung hemorrhage,1 case occurred of paralysis,all of them were detected EV71 positive.Conclusions The pathogen of herpangina might be same as the pathogen during the outbreak of HFMD.Children with herpangina during outbreak of HFMD should be incorporated into the management of HFMD.EV71 positive children are serious than CoxA16 positive cases,and detecting pathogens will be helpful to determine the prognosis.
