ABSTRACT

Objective@#To explore the application value of B-ultrasound examination in gynecological acute abdomen.@*Methods@#From October 2015 to October 2017, 150 patients with suspected gynecological acute abdomen were selected in the People's Hospital of Lishui.The effect of B-ultrasound examination in diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen was analyzed.@*Results@#The sensitivity, specificity and total accuracy of abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen were 75.00%(99/132), 44.44%(8/18) and 71.33%(107/150), respectively.The sensitivity, specificity and total accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen were 87.12%(115/132), 72.22%(13/18) and 85.33%(128/150), respectively.The sensitivity, specificity and total accuracy of abdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen were 98.48%(130/132), 94.44%(17/18) and 98.00%(147/150), respectively.The sensitivity, specificity and total accuracy of abdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen were significantly higher than those of abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound(χ2=8.658, 10.699, 9.075, all P<0.05). The diagnosis of acute pelvic inflammation, ectopic pregnancy, rupture of luteal cyst and torsion of ovarian cyst by abdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound was better than abdominal ultrasound(χ2=13.748, 5.984, 13.524, 6.874, all P<0.05).@*Conclusion@#Abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound can be used to diagnose gynecological acute abdomen.However, abdominal combined with vaginal ultrasound is more effective in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen, and it can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the influences of different intervention in maternal gestational diabetes newborn(IDMs)on blood glucose and complications in the perinatal period.Methods 205 IDMs were divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was born within 1 hour after birth or use baby bottles or nasogastric(feeding)feeding 10% glucose 5mL/kg.1-2 hours,raw milk,2-3 hours after until the normal blood glucose 2 times in a row.The control group was given priority to with breastfeeding,feeding difficulty with artificial feeding.Born after 1h,2h,3h,6h,12h,24h,48h,blood sugar,high statistical neonatal hypoglycemia,neonatal bilirubin levels,neonatal diseases were monitored.Results There was no significant difference in incidence of hypoglycemia between the two groups (P >0 .0 5 ).Born after2 h and 3 h ,the glucose levels ofthe control group were (3 .0 1 ± 0.45)mmol/L,(3.02 ±0.51 )mmol/L,respectively,those in the observation group were (3.14 ±0.72)mmol/L, (3.18 ±0.69)mmol/L,there were significant differences between the two groups(t =3.901,4.236,all P 0.05 ).The incidence rate of hyperbilirubinemia in the observation group was 21.0%,which was significantly lower than the control group 8.6%,there was significant difference between the two groups(χ2 =5.216,P <0.05 ).Conclusion IDMs different intervention methods in the perinatal period can decrease the incidence of low blood sugar 2h,3h after birth,reduce the incidence of high neonatal bilirubin,and have no effect on other diseases of newborn babies.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Du meridian moxibustion in treating polycystic ovarian syndrome of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type. Methods Seventy patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 35 cases each. The treatment group received Du meridian moxibustion plus medication and stomach and the control group, medication alone. Sex hormones [follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (IH) and testosterone (T)], fasting insulin (INS), fasting blood glucose (GLU), body mass index (BMI) and changes in menstrual cycle were observed in the two groups before and after three weeks of treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficacy rate was 94.3%in the treatment group and 77.1%in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in LH, LH/FSH and T in the two groups (P<0.01, P<0.05). There were no statistically significant post-treatment differences in sex hormones between the two groups (P>0.05). There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in INS, BMI and menstrual cycle in the treatment group (P<0.01, P<0.05). There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in menstrual cycle in the control group (P<0.05). There were no statistically significant post-treatment differences in INS, GLU, BMI and menstrual cycle between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Du meridian moxibustion is an effective way to treat polycystic ovarian syndrome of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type. It can improve insulin resistance and insulin sensitivity.

ABSTRACT

Cannabinoid 1 receptor (CB1R) is one of most important targets for the treatment of obesity. However, the clinical application of CB1R antagonist rimonabant is restricted because of the central nervous system-related unwanted liabilities. Peripherally restricted CB1R antagonist with limited blood-brain-barrier penetration may maintain the antiobesity efficacy of rimonabant without unwanted side effects. This strategy has become the new hot spot for the development of antiobesity drugs. In this paper, we review the recent progress in peripherally restricted CB1 receptor antagonist .

ABSTRACT

ObjectiveTo explore the optimal acupuncture-moxibustion treatment protocol in treating diabetic gastroparesis. MethodA hundred patients were randomized into a body-acupuncture group, an electroacupuncture group, a hydroacupuncture group, and an acupuncture-moxibustion group, allto receive 3 treatment courses. The clinical symptoms and sign scores were observed before and after the intervention in the four groups.ResultThe markedly-effective rate of the acupuncture-moxibustion group was significantly higher than that of the other three groups (P<0.05). Regarding the symptom score for bloating, poor appetite, belching, upper abdominal pain, and nausea, the improvements in the acupuncture-moxibustion group were more significant than that in the other three groups (P<0.05,P<0.01).ConclusionCombination of acupuncture and moxibustion is the optimal treatment protocol for diabetic gastroparesis.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND:Smoking is one of the major risk factors for the formation of atherosclerosis. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of cigarette smoke extract on the concentration of GATA-2 in the vascular smooth muscle cells and in which the role of the early growth response factor-1. METHODS:Vascular smooth muscle cells were cultured in vitro. The vascular smooth muscle cells were treated with various concentrations of cigarette smoke extract (0, 5%, 10%, 20%), then the reverse transcription PCR was applied to detect the mRNA expression of GATA-2. The vascular smooth muscle cells were treated with cigarette smoke extracts in the optimal concentration for 0, 4, 8, 12 and 24 hours, and then the expression of GATA-2 mRNA was observed, as wel as the changes of expression of GATA-2 mRNA after added with growth response factor-1. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Compared to the 0 concentration group, the expression of GATA-2 mRNA after treated with low concentration (5%) of cigarette smoke extract was increased more significantly than moderate concentration (10%) and high concentration (20%). The vascular smooth muscle cells in 0 hour group expressed GATA-2 mRNA at low level. The GATA-2 mRNA began to increase within 4 hours and reached peak at the 8 hours after stimulated with cigarette smoke extract of 5%concentration. After added with growth response factor-1 inhibitors, the expression of GATA-2 mRNA in 5%cigarette smoke extract induced vascular smooth muscle cells was decreased. Cigarette smoke extract can promote the increasing of GATA-2 by growth response factor-1, while the GATA-2 expression is reduced after the inhibition of growth response factor-1.

ABSTRACT

Objective To Clone,express,purify 38 ku protein of mycobacterium tuberculosis,to study its immunological characteristics,and to evaluate its potenial value for serodiagnosis of tuberculosis.Methods Extract DNA from standard strain of H37Rv as the template,amplify gene of 38 ku protein by PCR,insert to PET-30a(+)and construct the recombinant plasmid,express 38 ku protein in E.coli BL21(DE3),purify by Nickel affinity chromatography,at last get target proteins of higher purity,analyze its immol/Lunological characteristics by Western blotting and ELISA technology from Feb.2003 to Mar.2004. Results The clone was analyzed at the nucleotide lever and showed the same DNA sequence coding for natural 38 ku protein. The recombinant protein expressed in inclusion body in E.coli BL21(DE3). The purity of terget protein was 92.7% by Nickel affinity chromatography,Western blotting assays showed that the recombinant protein had satisfactory antigenicity . 38 ku protein detected TB postive and negative refference serum based on the mechanism of indirect ELISA,results showed that the sensitivity was 80.5%(33/41)and the specificity reached to 96%(25/26).Conclusion The recombinant protein expressed in inclusion body in E.coli BL21(DE3)and had satisfactory antigenicity,and might be selected as one of serodiagnostic antigen of tuberculosis.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE To diminish and discontinue intra-hospital cross infection in oral medicine outpatient clinic.METHODS The administration of personal resources control was developed,the equipment and systemic control of aseptic process and isolation was reasonably arranged,and the quality control was enhanced.RESULTS Every criterion of aseptic and isolation work all adapted to the demanding set up by Ministry of Health referred to hospital infection control quality standard,oral medicine outpatient clinic infection control was standardized and regular scientific channel was set up.CONCLUSIONS Nursing administration care can play a main and key role in the control of cross infection inside hospital in oral medicine outpatient clinic.

ABSTRACT

AIM: To explore the effect of pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (PDTC), the specific inhibitor of NF-?B, on anti-thymocyte serum nephritis (ATSN) in rats. METHODS: The rat model of ATSN was reproduced with rabbit anti-thymocyte serum (ATS). The rats were divided into ATSN group, ATSN+PDTC group and control group. The expression of NF-?B p65 and the apoptosis, lysis as well as proliferation of mesangial cells (MC) were examined by immunohistochemical staining, Tdt-mediated X-dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL), light microscope and electron microscope at 40 minutes, 24 hours and 7 days after injection of ATS or normal serum. ABSTRACT

The sperm antigens were examined using the method of ELISA and specific monoclonal antiboby against human sperm.The results of ELISA method of 10 fresh seminal fluid samples and 15 seminal stains showed 100% positive rate. Even diluted the fresh seminal fluid to 10~6 times of seminal stains extract to 51?0~5 times,both were positive also.However,it was negtive for testing other specimens such as saliva stains,urine stains,colostrum stains,sweat stains, vaginal secretion stains and human seminal stains after vesoligation. The result certificate that using specific antibody to the sperm,the ELISA method is high sensitive and specific for the sperm antigen assay.

ABSTRACT

AIM: To explore the localization and semi-quantification o f the glo merular complement C5b-9 complexes and synthesis of some inflammatory mediators or cytokines such as nitric oxide (NO) and tumor necrosis factor ?(TNF?) in the ra ts with anti-thymocyte serum nephritis(ATSN). METHODS: The animal mo del of rat AT SN was reproduced by a single intravenous injection of anti-thymocyte serum (ATS ). Then, the deposits of glomerular C5b-9 complexes were localized and quantifie d by immunohistochemical staining and microscopic image scanning separately. And the glomerular mesangial cells (MC) surrounded by C5b-9 complexes were counted under microscope. In addition, the expression of glomerular MC inducible NO synt hase(iNOS) mRNA and excretion of urinary NO metabolite ( NO - 2/NO - 3 ) and TNF ? in the rats with ATSN were detected. RESULTS: The MC in t h e rats with ATSN emerged necrosis followed by a rapid proliferation. In the early time of MC injury, the C5b-9 complexes were mainly seen in glomerular mesangium and MC sur fac e. But with the progression of ATSN, the MC enclosed by C5b-9 appeared gr adual decrease. Moreover, the expression of MC iNOS mRNA in early stage of ATSN obviously increased and the excretion of urinary NO - 2/NO - 3 and TNF ? also significantly increased. However, the changes of parameters mentioned abov e in ATSN proliferative stage (after 7 days) alleviated gradually. CONCLUSION: The second ary lysis of MC has relation to the deposition of C5b-9 complexes and synthesis and release of NO and TNF ? in rats with ATSN.
