ABSTRACT
Objective:To evaluate the relationship between immunoglobulin heavy chain-binding protein (BIP) and Na v1.8 in peripheral nerve in a rat model of neuropathic pain. Methods:Forty-four SPF healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats, weighing 210-260 g, were used in this study.Neuropathic pain was induced by chronic constriction injury (CCI) in anesthetized rats.The experiment was performed in two parts.Experiment Ⅰ Twenty rats were divided into 2 groups ( n=10 each) using a random number table method: sham operation group (group Sham) and group CCI.Experiment Ⅱ Twenty-four rats were divided into 3 groups ( n=8 each) using a random number table method: sham operation group (group Sham), CCI plus normal saline group (group CCI+ NS) and CCI plus BIP inhibitor HA15 group (group CCI+ H). Starting from 4th day after surgery, 0.9% normal saline 1 ml was intraperitoneally injected in group CCI+ NS, and HA15 0.7 mg/kg was intraperitoneally injected in group H, once a day for 3 consecutive days.The mechanical paw withdrawal threshold (MWT) and thermal paw withdrawal latency (TWL) were measured at 1 day before surgery and 3, 5 and 7 days after surgery (T 0-T 4), and the expression of BIP and Na v1.8 in dorsal root ganglion (DRG) and sciatic nerve was detected by Western blot on 7th day after completion of behavioral testing in two groups.The expression and colocalization of BIP and Na v1.8 in DRG and sciatic nerve were determined by immunofluorescence on 7th day after completion of behavioral testing in group Ⅰ, and the interaction between BIP and Na v1.8 was evaluated by co-immuno-precipitation. Results:Experiment Ⅰ Compared with group Sham, the MWT was significantly decreased, and TWL was shortened at T 1-T 4, the expression of Na v1.8 in DRG was down-regulated, the expression of BIP was up-regulated, and the expression of Na v1.8 and BIP in sciatic nerve was up-regulated in group CCI ( P<0.05), and BIP and Na v1.8 on the sciatic nerve were co-localized, BIP could co-precipitate Na v1.8 from DRG, and Na v1.8 could also coprecipitate BIP in group CCI.Experiment Ⅱ Compared with group Sham, the MWT was significantly decreased, and TWL was shortened at T 1-T 4, the expression of Na v1.8 in DRG was down-regulated, the expression of BIP was up-regulated, and the expression of Na v1.8 and BIP in sciatic nerve was up-regulated in group CCI+ NS ( P<0.05). Compared with group CCI+ NS, the MWT was significantly increased, and TWL was prolonged at T 3, 4, and the expression of Na v1.8 in DRG was down-regulated in group CCI+ H ( P<0.05). Conclusion:BIP can mediate the redistribution of Na v1.8 in peripheral nerve and is involved in the pathophysiological mechanism of neuropathic pain in rats.
ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of Yishen huashi granules combined with Losartan potassium tablets on renal function indexes and inflammatory factors of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis. METHODS:A total of 107 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis in our hospital during Jan. 2015-Aug. 2016 were divided into observation group(53 cases)and control group(54 cases)according to therapy plan. Besides basic therapy,control group was given Losartan potassium tablets 50 mg,po, qd;observation group was additionally given Yishen huashi granules 10 g,po,tid,on the basis of control group. Both groups were treated for consecutive 2 mouths. Clinical efficacies,renal function indexes(Scr,BUN,24 h urine protein quantification,urine red blood cell)and inflammatory factors(IL-13,CRP,TNF-α)levels were all observed in 2 groups,and the occurrence of ADR was recorded. RESULTS:Clinical total response rate of observation group(86.79%)was significantly higher than that of control group(66.67%),with statistical significance(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in renal function in-dexes or inflammatory factors levels between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,renal function indexes and inflammatory factors levels of 2 groups were significantly decreased;and observation group was significantly lower than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). No obvious ADR was found in 2 groups during treatment. CONCLUSIONS:Yishen huashi granules com-bined with Losartan potassium tablets in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis can improve renal function and reduce inflam-mation factor level with good safety.

ABSTRACT
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of two different surgical methods in hepatic cystic echinococcosis,and select the better surgical method in curative effect.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with hepatic cystic echinococcosis were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into outer membrane integrity external capsule excision group and internal capsule excision + external capsule cavity group according to the surgical method with 60 cases each.The operation time,bleeding during operation,hospitalization time,intubation time,complication and recurrence were compared between the 2 groups.Results There was no statistical difference in bleeding during operation between the 2 groups (P＞ 0.05).The operation time in internal capsule excision + external capsule cavity group was shorter than that in outer membrane integrity external capsule excision group [(60.09 ± 9.50) min vs.(110.20 ± 18.50) min],the hospitalization time and intubation time in internal capsule excision + external capsule cavity group were longer than those in outer membrane integrity external capsule excision group [(11.65 ± 3.50) d vs.(7.55 ±1.50) d,(2.55 ± 0.55) months vs.(0.20 ± 0.05) months],there were statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).The rate of complication and rate of recurrence in internal capsule excision + external capsule cavity group were higher than those in outer membrane integrity external capsule excision group [28.3％ (17/60) vs.3.3％(2/60),25.0％(15/60) vs.1.7％(1/60)],there were statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of outer membrane integrity external capsule excision is better than internal capsule excision + external capsule cavity,and outer membrane integrity external capsule excision is the preferred surgical methods of hepatic cystic echinococcosis.

A pneumatic and electrically controlled cardiopulmonary resuscitator is developed for automatic closed chest cardiac compression.Oriented to closed chest compression,artificial ventilation,synchronous defibrillation and early advanced life support,this resuscitator is as excellent as foreign like products and is postured for first aid of pre-hospital and hospital patients with cardiac and respiratory arrest.

Objective To study the effect of different treatment methods on seed germination of wild Morinda officinalis How(MOH),which will provide evidence for breeding new cultivars of MOH.Methods We observed the morphological feature,thousand-seed weight and hygroscopicity of wild MOH,and studied the effect of different treatment methods on the germination rate,germination vigor,and germination index of the seeds.Results The thousand-seed weight was 38.03 g and the seed coat had good hygroscopicity.Stripping seed coat,acid etching with sulfuric acid,and the combined treatment of stripping seed coat with exogenous hormones of gibberellin(GA) and 6-benzyladenine(6-BA) had an effect on increasing germination rate,and the germination rate arrived 88.89% after the combined treatment of stripping seed coat with 4 mg/L 6-BA.Conclusion The germination inhibitors containing in the seed coat mainly contribute to the difficulty of the germination of MOH,and the germination inhibitors containing in the seed also have some influences on the germination.
