ABSTRACT

Hilar cholangiocarcinoma (HCCA) is the most common type of cholangiocarcinoma, with in sidious onset and a high degree of malignancy, and there are often lymph node metastasis and vascular invasion. R 0 resection by surgery is still the main treatment for cure. This article reviews the hot issues and their related advances in surgical treatment of hilar cholangiocarcinoma, including preoperative evaluation, surgical treatment and systematic treatment.

ABSTRACT

To investigate the contamination conditions of Campylobacter spp.in duck production chain and its antimicrobial resistance, virulence gene distribution, samples were collected at the duck slaughterhouse according to GB 4789.9-2014.Triplex PCR assay was applied to identify the species of Campylobacter and the recovered Campylobacter strains were tested for the antimicrobial susceptibility against 8 kinds of antimicrobial agents using a broth microdilution method, the susceptibility results were determined according to the NARMS criteria (2011).Subsequently,4 virulence genes were detected by PCR method. The result showed that 187 Campylobacter isolates were obtained from 489 samples, including 160 C.jejuni,130 C.coli and 10 unidentified Campylobacter isolates. The total isolation rate of Campylobacter was 38.24%.The prevalence of Camnpytobacter before slaughtering,at depilation stage, evisceration stage and duck products was 76.33%,5.62%,24.00%,and 0%,respectively.The Campylobacter isolates were most frequently resistant to tetracycline (95.72 %),followed by resistance to clindamycin(90.91%),the resistance rate of azithromycin (63.64%) was in the middle, the resistance rates of ciprofloxacin(31.02%),gentamicin(34.76%),nalidixic acid (37.43 %),erythromycin (41.18 %),chloramphenicol (41.18%) were relatively low.The multi-drug resistance was common among Campylobacter isolates with a rate of 72.19%.The prevalence of adhesion-associated gene cadF,flagellin gene flaA,invasion associated protein gene iamA,toxin regulation gene cdtB was 100%,80.75 %,71.12% and 94.65%,respectively.The results indicated that the Campylobacter contamination occurred in the slaughtering procedures of duck, and the antimicrobial resistance of Campylobacter isolates was relatively serious. In addition, the virulence-associated genes were detected widely among Campylobacter isolates. Therefore, the supervision of antimicrobial agents using at rearing stage should be strengthened, along with health management in duck production chain.

ABSTRACT

To compare therapeutic effects of Five Needles of the Nape and routine acupuncture on treatment of pseudo bulbar paralysis dysphagia after Brain stroke. 60 patients were randomly divided into five key groups and routine acupuncture, and 30 cases in each group. The group of Five Needles of the Nape set points to take dumb door, Tianzhu, cure choke point with acupuncture treatment which cooperate with swallowing training. The group of routine acupuncture set points to take Lian Quan, Tong Li, Zhao Hai points with acupuncture treatment. Both groups were acupunctured once a day, 6 times a week and 2 weeks is a period of treatment, evaluating curative effect after two courses of treatment. The total effective rate of Five Needles of the Nape group was 93.3%, when the total effective rate of routine acupuncture group was 80.0%.as a consequence Five Needles of the Nape group is superior to routine acupuncture group [P<0.05]. Five Needles of the Nape have better clinical efficacy than routine acupuncture on treatment of pseudo bulbar paralysis dysphagia after Brain stroke

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the influence of mill speed on extract of ultra- fine powder of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae. Methods The extraction rate of ultra- fine powder of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae, which passed a 400- mesh screen, was detected and compared with that passed a 100- mesh screen under different mill speeds. At the same time, mathematical models for extraction established with applied hyperbolic function and Weibuer function were compared. Result The extraction rate of the ultra- fine powder was higher than that of the fine powder when the mill speed was over 70 r/min (P 0.05). Applied hyperbolic function was superior to Weibuer function for the simulation of extraction. Conclusion The mill speed has an influence on the extraction of to ultra- fine powder of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae, indicating that the effect of divergent function on the extraction should be considered.
