ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the effects of serum adiponectin,leptin levels on motor functional outcome in the patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Forty-five patients with acute cerebral infarction and 30 healthy cases were selected as study group and control group.Motor functional outcome was evaluated by Fugl-Meyer score.Serum adiponectin and leptin levels were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The correlation between serum adiponectin,leptin levels and motor functional outcome was assessed.Results Serum adiponectin level in control group [(13.78 ±4.25) mg/L] was higher than that in study group[(6.35 ± 3.18) mg/L],and there was significant difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Serum leptin level in control group [(6.48 ± 1.26) μ g/L] was lower than that in study group [(20.35 ± 2.59) μg/L],and there was significant difference between two groups (P ＜0.05).There was significant difference in serum adiponectin and leptin levels among different Fugl-Meyer score in study group (P ＜ 0.05).Serum adiponectin level had positive correlation with Fugl-Meyer score (r =0.528,P ＜ 0.05).Serum leptin level had negative correlation with Fugl-Meyer score (r =-0.564,P＜ 0.05).There was negative correlation between serum adiponectin levels and serum leptin levels (r =-0.427,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Adiponectin and leptin is associated with pathogenesis of acute cerebral infarction.The correlation between serum adiponectin,leptin levels and motor functional outcome is close.

Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factor of Ofloxacin resistance among the tuberculosis patients in Shanghai.Methods Totally 447 isolates resistant to anyone of first-line drug (Isoniazid,Rifampicin,Streptomycin and Ethambutol) and 151 randomly selected isolates susceptible to all above drugs were collected from district tuberculosis(TB) hospitals in Shanghai during 2009 to 2010.All 598 isolates were subject to Ofloxacin sensitive test.Logistic regression analysis was conducted to determine risk factors of Ofloxacin resistance.DNA sequencing was applied to study the mutation characteristics in gyrA and gyrB among Ofloxacin resistant isolates.Results Seventy-two(16.1%) of the 447 drug-resistant isolates were found resistant to Ofloxacin,and the Ofloxacin resistant rate among multiple drug-resistant (MDR) isolates was 39.6%(44/111).Ofloxacin resistance was also found in 4(2.6%) of the 151 drug sensitive isolates.Logistic regression analysis showed that first-line drug-resistance MDR(resistant to at least rifampin and isoniazid) and poly-drug resistance(resistance to two or more first-line drugs but not MDR) had significant effect on Ofloxacin resistance(OR = 19.5、5.6,95% CI:6.4 - 59.4、1.7 - 18.1,all P＜ 0.05);re-treatment(OR = 2.3,95 % CI:1.2 -4.0,P＜ 0.05),and a higher age(OR = 1.03,95 % CI:1.0 1 - 1.05,P＜ 0.05)were also significantly associated with Ofloxacin resistance.Resistance mutations in the gyrA and gyrB genes were detected in 62 of 76(81.6%) isolates with phenotypic Ofloxacin-resistance. Conclusions The Ofloxacin resistance rate in Shanghai MDR-TB patients is significantly higher than the pan-susceptible TB patients.Risk factors of ofloxacin resistance are MDR,poly-resistant,retreated patients,age.Among them,MDR has the highest strength of association.

Objective To provide Laser generator with a precision constant-temperature environment.Method This system was developed on the bases of PT100 sensor circuit,MCU and SSR.The inputting PT100 voltage was first amplified and deflected,and then delivered to AD650 to perform V/F.The outputting frequency was measured with high precision by T0 port of MCU C8051F020,and the micro-controller calculated the result and transmitted PID output signal by 16 bit PWM to heater.Results This precision constant-temperature water circulator was gifted with an error within ?0.05℃.Conclusion This precision constant-temperature water circulator can make an ideal temperature environment available for laser generator.

Objective To develop a portable and automatic quick screener for noise-induced hearing loss(NIHL),which is suitable for airman and ground crew.Methods Through using audio decoder chip VS1003 to achieve quick screener for noise-induced hearing loss and pre-exposing for special background noise.LPC2148 of ARM7-TDMI configuration was adopted as main controlling chip,and its software design was completed by multitask scheduler based on UCOS-Ⅱ,while the FAT system controlled the read-write to the files in SD card.The signal emergence,change in hearing class,frequency selection as well as records of subject reaction were automatically achieved.Results The system can produce stable signal of exact frequency according to GBZ49-2002 Diagnostic Criteria of Occupational Noise-induced Hearing Loss to output stability of the frequency and intensity of the audio signal,and the specific context of the noise pre-exposure function with screening of hearing impairment was achieved automatically.Conclusion Based on the great power of embedded system and VS1003,the portable and automatic quick screener for noise-induced hearing loss(NIHL) can be developed to carry out many functions,which has several features,such as simple structure,high integration,good stability and use of flexible etc.
