ABSTRACT

Pregnancy-associated osteoporosis is a rare complication of pregnancy and lactation. Many controversies exist about the reality of this entity. Its incidence is unknown and its physiopathology is still not clarified. However, it must be identified in pregnant women having back pain in the hip to prevent fracture. We report a case and review of the literature
