ABSTRACT
<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To evaluate the performance of thromboelastography (TEG) to monitor in vivo blood coagulation status and the efficacy of antiplatelet aggregation drugs in the patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) after oral anticoagulation.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Seventy one CHD patients were enrolled in CHD group and 380 healthy persons with normal TEG were enrolled in the control group. After admission, all CHD patients were administrated with routine anti-platelet aggregation drugs at a clinically recommended dose. Then, TEG was applied to monitor the basic blood coagulation indexes, such as R value, K value, α angle, MA value, CI value and a series of related indexes on platelet inhibition.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>Above 80% of the basic blood coagulation indexes in TEG were within normal reference range in the CHD group. the R value, MA value, α angle and CI value in the CHD group were not significanly different, from that in the control group, but the K value significantly increased (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, relatively higher ratio of male was included in the CHD patients at much older age (P<0.05), 83.1% of the CHD patients achieved significant anti-platelet aggregation effect (platelet inhibition rate>50%). Other antiplatelet aggregation indexes, MA, MAck and MA suggested a 9.86%, 4.23% and 12.68% risk of thrombogenesis, respectively. Among all the related antiplatelet aggregation indexes, MAck showed the strongest correlation with age (correlation coefficient, 0.111), and ADP% most highly correlated with body mass (correlation coefficient, 0.160).</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>TEG results can provide valuable coagulation information for clinicians, thus certainly guiding in the treatment for CHD patients receiving anti-platelet therapy. Moreover, the application of TEG can also provide accurate information for further individualized treatment of CHD patients, which would funther inprove the safety of anti-thrombotic therapy.</p>
ABSTRACT
Objective To understand the current status of health literacy among Shanghai residents, and to provide information for developing health policy and health education intervention strategies. Methods During 2008-2015, residents of 15-69 years old in Shanghai were investigated, with multi-stage stratified random sampling method. Results Annual increase of health literacy among Shanghai residents of 15-69 years old was witnessed, i.e.21.94%in 2015, an increase of 14.97%com-pared with that in 2008.Among three aspects of health literacy, the level of basic health concept and knowledge, and the level of health related skills were higher than the level of health lifestyle and behaviors.Among six types of health issues, except for infectious disease prevention and health informa-tion, the health literacy level of other four health issues were improved significantly.During the past eight years, the health literacy level of all types of people improved.However, the health literacy level among residents in rural area or with low education level was lower than other groups, and was increasing with slower pace. Conclusoin The intervention of health literacy gains obvious benefits , however,intensive intervention is required for residents with lower health literacy .
ABSTRACT
To evaluate if Ningmitai Capsule combined with antibiotics therapy is safer and more effective than simple antibiotics therapy for chronic prostatitis, we firstly retrieved the China journal full-text database (CNKI), China's outstanding master's/doctoral dissertation database, Wan Fang database, VIP science and technology periodical database, MEDLINE, and EMBASE. Secondly, we selected research literatures from 2000 to 2013 on Ningmitai Capsule combined with antibiotics therapy for chronic prostatitis. Then, the data were filtered by Cochrane system evaluation method and conducted for Meta-analysis on the effectiveness, chronic prostatitis symptoms index (NIH-CPSI) and microscopy count of white blood cell in expressed prostatic secretion (EPS-WBC) via Stata 12.0 software. Finally, 11 articles including 2 079 samples were totally involved. The Meta-analysis results showed that compared with simple antibiotics treatment, Ningmitai Capsule combined with antibiotics therapy significantly increased the cure rate[OR=2.47, 95% CI (2.08, 2.93)] and lowered NIH-CPSI[WMD=-8.14, 95% CI (-9.39, -6.90)] as well as EPS-WBC[WMD=-6.14, 95% CI (-8.11, -4.17)]. So the study suggests that Ningmitai Capsule can significantly improve the cure rate and related indicators of simple antibiotics therapy for chronic prostatitis, which provides certain references for improving clinical treatment.

Objective To evaluate dynamic changes of chemokine CXCL9 and chemokine receptor CXCR3 to predict the early acute rejection in rats after renal transplantation. MethodsRenal allogeneic grafting was performed on Brown Norway or Lewis rats as donors and Lewis rats as recipients. CXCL9 in serum was measured by ELISA and CXCR3 mRNA in peripheral blood lymphocytes by RT-PCR at the time points of just before and 1, 3, 5, and 7 d after operation. OBJECTIVE@#To observe the cell apoptosis explore closed cerebellar contusion in rat.@*METHODS@#SD rats model of contusion was established and apototic cells were detected by TUNEL method at 5, 10, 30, 45, 60 min and 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 h, after injury.@*RESULTS@#Apototic cells in contusion area appeared at 1 h after closed cerebellar contusion, reached the peak at 4-6 h, then decreased and so as marginal area where the peak was in 6-8 h.@*CONCLUSION@#The apoptotic index of closed contusion of cerebellum in different injury time may provide a new sensitive and objective method for the forensic early injury time estimation.

Objective To investigate the protective effect of Danhong Injection(DI) on rats ischemia-reperfusion(I/R) injury after kidney transplantation.Methods Ten normal SD rats were allocated into the sham-operation group,and they were only been anesthetized and exposed kidneys for 45 minutes.The allogeneic male SD rats model of kidney transplantation were established.The qualified rats were divided into 3 groups(10 in each group)at random:I/R model group,DI pretreatment group,and DI treatment group.B1ood urea nitrogen(Bun) and creatinine(Cr) levels in each group were determined at the 24th hour after operation.The expression of Bax and Bcl-2 in kidney were quantitatively detected by immunohistochemistry.Apoptotic index was measured by TUNEL method.Results Compared with the sham-operation group,the apoptosis rate(P
