ABSTRACT
Se estudiaron los trastornos de conducta iniciados a temprana edad en 69 adolescentes del Centro Juvenil Santa Margarita, usando el test de Moffitt validado, para conocer la frecuencia con que se presenta la sintomatología antes de los 10 años. Ellas tenían penas privativas de la libertad por haber infringido la ley, 48 (69,7%) procedían de distritos de Lima y 21 (30,4%) de provincias. El inicio de los trastornos de conducta antes de los 10 años se presentó en 18.8% en promedio en las adolescentes estudiadas, predominando en las limeñas. El vínculo familiar débil, los trastornos neuropsicológicos y el abandono del hogar fueron las variables predominantes con incidencias que superaban el 50%. La regresión logística en la población total solo reveló diferencias estadísticamente significativas con la agresión frecuente y venganza sin sentimiento de culpa.
We studied the conduct disorders begining at early age in 69 adolescents of the Centro Juvenil Santa Margarita using the Moffitt validated test, to study the frequency of symptomatology before the age of 10 years. They had freedom restrictions for breaking the law, 48 (69,7%) were from the Lima districts and 21 (30,4%) from provinces. The conduct disorders beginning before the age of 10 years were presented in an average of 18,8% of the studied adolescents, predominating in the girls of Lima. The weak family bond, neuropsychological disorders and run away from home were the predominant variables with an average over 50%. The logistic regression in the total population only revealed statistical significant association differences with frequent aggression and revenge without guilty feelings.
