ABSTRACT
Phenytoin is an antiepileptic drug with some antiarrhythmic cardioversion and parenteral treatment modalities. This case properties that are seldom used for refractory ventricular describes the usefulness of phenytoin in life-threatening tachycardia in the coronary care units. We present a ventricular tachyarrhythmia when it is refractory to the case of refractory ischemic ventricular tachycardia that recommended standard line of treatment and commonly failed to respond to multiple attempts of direct current used antiarrhythmic medications
