ABSTRACT

Objective To study the effect of laparoscopic assisted resection of myoma on AMH and immune function in patients. Methods From May 2015 to May 2016, 102 patients underwent myomectomy treatment, the numbers were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional laparotomy treatment, and observation of patients in laparoscopic myomectomy in treatment of contrast. The indexes of two groups of surgery, before and after the treatment of ovarian function and immune function. Results The observation group of intraoperative bleeding in (83.40 ± 19.20) ml, significantly lower than the control group (148.70 ± 21.40) ml; no significant differences between two groups of AMH and FSH respectively before treatment, after treatment were observed in group AMH was significantly higher than the control group, while the level of FSH was significantly lower than the control group before treatment; two groups of IgG, there was no significant difference between IgA and IgM levels were observed in group IgG respectively after treatment, IgA and IgM were significantly higher than those in control group; the two groups before treatment CD3+, there was no significant difference between CD4+ and CD8+ levels were observed in group CD3+ respectively after treatment, CD4+ and CD8+ were significantly higher than those in control group. The difference there was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The AMH level, FSH level and immune function of the patients with laparoscopic assisted resection of myoma of uterus is small, which is beneficial to the recovery of patients.
