ABSTRACT
case of a 29 year old man who had a 4 week history of bifrontal headache, but no other focal neurological deficits was reported. The investigation revealed a mass in the right frontal lobe which was proved to be a neuroblastoma. The tumour was totally removed and followed by radiation therapy to the brain. To our knowledge, only 12 cases of primary cerebral neuroblastoma in adults have been reported in literature.
