The P-J syndrome is a dominant autosomic affection which exposes to many complications such as digestive bleeding, repeated small intestine invagination but mainly the proved exceptional possibilitey of digestive polyp degeneration. We may conclude sayreg that he P-J syndrome has a malignant potential
