ABSTRACT

Objective To analyze relevant mechanism of clinical biochemical test results with blood specimen placement time, and provide reference for clinical examination.Methods100 biochemical test specimen in our hospital were selected, Biochemical test data were analyzed at different storage time (1h, 3h, 6h, 24h) using automatic biochemical analyzer combined with electrolyte analyzer.ResultsThe results of blood 1H determination were taken as the test standard, and the blood samples were placed in 3h.The results showed that the contents of glucose and carbon dioxide were significantly decreased (P<0.05).Blood samples were placed 8h, serum potassium, glucose, carbon dioxide, alanine aminotransferase (P<0.05) were significant differences, blood specimens were placed 24h, there were significant differences of the indexes including blood glucose, potassium, carbon dioxide, alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, total bilirubin, total protein, albumin, aspartate aminotransferase, serum potassium, alpha hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, lactate dehydrogenase (P<0.05).ConclusionThe blood sample placement time have a significant impact on some biochemical indicators, in view of the unstable factors should be detected in the blood sample 1h intact, to avoid delay condition assessment.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the interference and influence of blood specimen hemolysis in biochemical test results.Methods80 cases of personnel received physical examination in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected, these personnel were divided into hemolytic group (n=40) and non hemolytic group (n=40) on the basis of blood specimen hemolysis occurred situations, 5mL morning fasting venous blood of the two groups was collected, they were placed in heparinized tubes, the blood of the hemolytic group was stirred by bamboo inducing hemolysis; The blood of the non hemolysis group was without the above treatment, directly at the rate 2500r/min 10min centrifugal separating serum, the K+, GLU, ALB, TP, CK, TBIL, BUN, ALT, AST, LDH levels of the two groups were detected by automatic biochemical reaction analyzer, and then the biochemical indicators levels of the two groups were statistically analyzed.ResultsThe level of GLU in the hemolysis group was significantly lower than that in the non hemolytic group (P<0.05), the K+, TP, CK, TBIL, AST, LDH levels in the hemolysis group were significantly higher than those in the non hemolytic group (P<0.05), but the differences of ALB, BUN, ALT levels between the two groups were not significant.ConclusionBlood specimen hemolysis can interfere and influence the biochemical tests results to some extent.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the relationship between urine routine and urinary sediment in urine test. Methods 80 cases of patients accepted urine test in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected, these patients were divided into urine routine group (n=40) and urinary sediment group (n=40) two groups according to the detection methods, the sampling collected time, obtained time, Resultstime, urine protein, white blood cells, red blood cells, crystallization, tube type test results of the two groups were statistically analyzed.ResultsThe differences of sampling collected time, obtained time, results time between the two groups were not significant;the detection positive rates of urinary protein, white blood cells, red blood cells, crystallization, tube type of the urine routine group were 15%, 20%, 22.5%, 27.5%, 25%, respectively, the urine sediment group were 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 27.5%, respectively. The differences of detection positive rates of urinary protein, white blood cells, red blood cells, crystallization, tube type between the two groups were not significant;the detection positive coincidence rates of urinary protein, white blood cells, red blood cells, crystallization, tube type of the two groups were 15%, 17.5%, 22.5%, 25% 22.5%, respectively, the negative coincidence rates were 82.5%, 77.5%, 72.5%, 72.5%, 70%, respectively, the total detection rates were 97.5%, 95%, 95%, 97.5%, 92.5%, respectively. Conclusion Combined detection of urine routine and urinary sediment in urine test can significantly improve detection accuracy.
