ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effect of liver detoxification soup combined with compound glycyrrhizin on hepatitis-related factors in patients with chronic hepatitis B.MethodsFrom April 2014 to August 2015, 86 patients with chronic hepatitis B were enrolled in this study.Random number table was divided into observation group and control group (43 cases). The control group was given routine glycyrrhizin and other conventional (ALT), serum total bilirubin (TBil), serum albumin transferase (ALT) and serum total bilirubin (TBil) were measured before and after treatment.(HA), laminin (LN), type Ⅳ collagen (Ⅳ-C) and type Ⅲ procollagen (PCⅢ) were used to analyze the effect of hepatic fibrosis, And observe adverse reactions.ResultsThe effective rate of the observation group was 93.02% higher than that of the control group (76.74%, P<0.05).After treatment, the patients were treated with chest discomfort, emotional depression, epigastric fullness, fatigue, ALT (35.28±1.35) U/L, HA (165.25±1.44) mg/L, and the treatment group (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of TBil (30.34±1.59)μmol/L, Alb (48.32±1.33)g/L, and the level of serum was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions was 11.63% and 6.98% in the two groups.ConclusionTraditional Chinese medicine hepatectomy decoction combined with compound glycyrrhizin can effectively treat chronic hepatitis B and improve the level of serum hepatitis-related factors, and the adverse reaction is light, it is worthy of clinical application.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the risk factors of pancreatic cancer in Wenzhou area. Methods A case control study was conducted on 220 cases with pancreatic cancer and 220 matched controls using conditional logistic regression analysis. Results Univariate analysis showed BMI > 30 kg/m2,smoking,reproductive history, diabetes, cholecystitis, chronic pancreatitis, history of appendectomy, history of partial gastrectomy, history of cancer and familial history of cancer were associated with pancreatic cancer, while multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors of pancreatic cancer included smoking (OR =3.624,95% CI i.474 ~ 8.907),BMI > 30 kg/m2 (OR =1.789,95% CI 1.030 ~ 3.108),diabetes (OR =3.191,95% CI 1.094 ~ 9.309),chronic pancreatitis (OR =4.972,95% CI 1.593 ~ 14.898),and cholecystitis (OR =2.289,95 % CI 1.024 ~5.116).Conclusions BMI > 30 kg/m2,smoking and diabetes are risk factors for pancreatic cancer in Wenzhou area.

ABSTRACT

Objective To assess the value of three clinical diagnostic criteria systems, the APACHE-Ⅱ,Balthazar score and Extrapancreatic inflammation on Abdominal Computed tomography(EPIC) in predicting outcome of patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods One hundred and seventy-eight patients with acute pancreatitis who underwent an abdominal CT scan within 24 h after admission were studied prospectively in the study. To assess the value of predicting severe AP and complications, the APACHE-Ⅱ score, the Balthazar score,EPIC score were calculated and evaluated by calculating receiver operator characteristic(ROC)curves, the sensitivity, the specificity, the Youden Index and the area under the ROC curve. Results 46 of 178 patients developed severe disease. The mean score of the three criteria system was significantly higher in the group of severe AP than the mild AP one(P
