ABSTRACT
Objective To build an evaluation index system for emergency medical assistance capability of the hospitals and provide an evaluation means for hospital capability of emergency medical assistance(HCEMA).Methods Literature search,free interview,expert consultation,and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).were used to build an evaluation index system for emergency medical assistance capability of the hospitals Results The HCEMA evaluation system consists of 5 grade-1 indexes and 16 grade-2 indexes.Conclusion The evaluation system applies to evaluating the capability of medical rescue assistance of hospitals with varying types and gradas,as the evaluating indexes meet the demands satisfactorily.

ABSTRACT
As the important sign of military standardization, GSM (generalization, serialization and modelization) is necessary to develop medical equipment. At present, the standardization of the PLA field medical equipment system is at the threshold. The research focus is put on the single equipment, and there are no many analyses and studies based on point of system. In allusion to these problems, this paper pays more attention to the meaning of GSM with information study and soft science analysis involved. Two levels of indexes with meanings are tabled and the assessment system with fifteen indexes of the second level is established. Through comparison, RSR is elected to deal with the weights of the indexes. Used to evaluate four equipment systems, the assessment system proves scientific, reliable and effective.
