ABSTRACT

Se conformaron 4 sistemas de indicadores cualitativos: infraestructura, servicio brindado, satisfacción del usuario y satisfacción del colaborador, que permitan acreditar las secretarías generales de las universidades de ciencias médicas, pues la nueva concepción de desarrollo exige la búsqueda de credibilidad y confiabilidad de la información emitida, por cuanto su inserción y permanencia en contextos internacionales depende en gran medida de la calidad de los servicios que se ofrecen; de hecho, la acreditación es una forma de demostrar al mundo la autenticidad de los profesionales graduados en Cuba y el sistema educacional que rige su formación.


Four systems of qualitative indicators: infrastructure, service offered, user's satisfaction and collaborator's satisfaction were developed to accredit general secretariats of medical universities, because the new development conception demands the search for credibility and reliability of the information given, since their entering and staying in international contexts depend largely on the quality of the services offered; in fact, the accreditation is a way of showing the world the authenticity of the professionals who graduate in Cuba and the educational system governing their training.
