ABSTRACT

Informatization plays an important role in the management of clinical diagnosis and treatment. However, due to the specialty of the discipline, the informatization construction of critical care medicine(CCM)is faced with such problems as the inefficient application of data, the low compliance of diagnosis and treatment operation, and the lack of intelligent quality control tools. The authors discussed the new mode of CCM information management based on data driven. By upgrading clinical information system, establishing single disease control system, introducing comprehensive intelligent analysis platform and building open remote platform, the bottleneck of CCM informatization was broken. The information collection and interaction in ICU was realized, the automatic monitoring and early warning of diagnosis and treatment process was realized, the operation of medical staff according to the guidelines was effectively improved, and the ability of diagnosis and treatment and management efficiency was improved.Furthermore, the homogenization of regional critical medical information could be promoted.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE@#To analyze the characteristics of cervical microecology in late reproductive-age women with cervical lesions and explore new methods for preventing cervical lesions.@*METHODS@#Cervical smears were obtained from a total of 147 women of late reproductive age, including 24 with high-risk HPV infection (HR-HPV), 27 with low-grade squamous intra-epithelial lesions (LSIL), 36 with high-grade squamous intra-epithelial lesions (HSIL), 35 with cervical cancer (CC) and 25 healthy women. llumina MiSeq sequencing of V3-V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene amplicons was used to characterize the vaginal microbiota of the women. OTUs analysis of the valid data was performed, and the α-diversity (Chao1, Simpson's Index and Shannon Index) and β-diversity (T-test, weighted UniFrac β diversity, and MetaStat analysis) were evaluated.@*RESULTS@#Dilution curve and species accumulation boxplot validated the quality of the samples. OTUs analysis of the 5 groups demonstrated that cervical bacterial genus consisted primarily of @*CONCLUSIONS@#The abundance of

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVETo establish a diagnostic model of endometriosis by analyzing serum peptidome patterns in patients with endometriosis using matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS).

METHODSSerum samples from 21 endometriosis patients and 29 healthy control subjects were analyzed using MALDI-TOF-MS and Clinprotools 2.0 software to establish the diagnostic model of endometriosis, which was validated using the serum samples from 10 endometriosis patients and 15 healthy controls.

RESULTSEighteen statistically significant peptide peaks were obtained with the m/z value ranging from 1,000 to 10,000 (P<0.01). Among the peaks, 12 were down-regulated and 6 up-regulated. The sensitivity and specificity of the model was 90.9% and 100.0%, respectively, with a diagnostic accuracy of 96.2%.

CONCLUSIONThis model shows the feasibility of using MALDI-TOF-MS and Clinprotools software to identify the biomarkers of endometriosis.

ABSTRACT

25%) and low LI groups (positive cell rate ≤25%) of TopoⅡ? and Ki-67. However, in high LI groups, the overall survival rate was lower than those in low LI groups (P=0.002, P=0.004, Log-Rank test), the volume of recurred masses was bigger (P=0.005, P=0.000) and recurrence time was shorter (P=0.000, P=0.000) than those in low LI groups. There existed a significant linear correlation between the expressions of TopoⅡ? and Ki-67 (r=0.935 5, P=0.000). The expressions of TopoⅡ? and Ki-67 were related with pathological category and staging (P0.05). Conclusions Both TopoⅡ? and Ki-67 could be used as specific markers of cell proliferation, but the specificity of TopoⅡ? might be higher than that of Ki-67 in accurately reflecting the cell proliferation. TopoⅡ?, combined with pathological category and staging, may play an important role in prognostic prediction of uterine sarcoma.
