Se describen dos casos de síndrome de Wissler-Fanconi, comentando sus características clínicas, evolución y tratamiento. Se destaca el valor de la investigación de las "células de la A.R." como diagnóstico precoz de dicha enfermedad.

Two children aged 16 months and 4 year old, with a Wissler-Fanconi syndrome are presented. Comments about the clinical complaint, follow up and treatment are made. The search of "R.A. cells" is considered of great valeu in the early diagnosis of this illness, by the authors.
